Prepaid Card Selling Venues:

You may purchase the prepaid cards at the following stores: from 12:00NN to 8:00PM Monday to Sunday starting April 28, 2014.
1. ROX (Recreational Outdoor Exchange) BGC – B1 Bonifacio High St. The Fort, Taguig City
2. Tobys Sports – (CLOSED for 21K and 32K)

Note: Additional P200 will be charged for race kit delivery: P150 delivery fee & P50 web admin fee.

For online & pre-paid card registrants: complete race kit will be delivered, sizes will be available online on a first-come, first-served basis. Delivery of race kit will be on or before May 16, 2014 for those who will register from April 21 to April 30 and May 25 for those registering from May 1 to 16, 2014.

For in-store registrants: complete race kit will be given upon registration for actual runners. Singlet sizes will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

  16. Hanggang ngayon wala pa din yung singlet ko. Tinatawagan ko yung phone number for online registrants pero wala naman sumasagot.

    • Hummmmm…. hummmmmm……………. Im touching your lives by saying it to your faces. Be thankful andyan ang RunRio para ibigay mga gusto nyo. Kasi when running comes winding down, and believe me it will be, balik na naman kayo sa mga hedonistic at sedentary na mga buhay nyo! Me may running events o wala I still Run. HECK, Im doing this for a decade already, kaya kahit hindi na uso mga ganito ok lang. Panu kayo, mga nakikiuso lang?

  24. Guys, Patulong namn… cno may alam kung anong phone number pwedeng tawagan ang runrio? yung updated ha. wala kasi nasagot sa mga tawag ko. follow-up ko sana yung racekit ko. di pa rin nadedeliver hanggang ngaun. thanks.

  27. Sinong matapang diyan? Suot kayo ng Damit na me nakaprint The Shield, hahaha tingnan natin kung makauwi ng okay pa hahaha. l dont believe in violence but l cant control others.

    • Pare-pareho po pala tayo ng problema… ung racekit ko sa 32K hanggang ngayon wala pa rin… nawalan na ko ng ganang magtraining… lakarin ko na lang ung buong route

    • sakay k ng bus papuntang mia or baclaran baba k ng heritage hotel tas magtanong k kung san k pwd sumakay ng fx n papuntang lawton tas pag nsa fx kna sbihin mo kalaw tas dun na luneta na!

    • from cubao.. aurora blvd sakay ka dyip na byaheng CUBAO – VITO CRUZ.. sabihin mo kay manong driver pakibaba ka nya sa Luneta.. pag nakita mo monumento ni Rizal ayun dun na yun :)

      I would suggest the following: From Cubao, pls take a bus bound for Baclaran… baba ka ng Taft Ave (LRT Station).. di ka na tatawid ng Taft.. sakay ka ng jeep..maraming jeep dun papuntang Lawton.. (24hrs) baba ka ng Luneta.. good luck :-)

      Please note.. di ka na kailangan makarating ng Heritage Hotel mas mahihirapan ka dun sumakay going to Luneta.. bihira ang FX sa oras na iyon.. If ever sa may San Juan de Dios Hospital ka mag-aabang at bihira ang bus at FX alanganin ang oras kasi… thanks.

    • Mahirap maghanap ng GU gels tuwing may malalaking running events.
      I bought an alternative called HAMMER GEL sa Toby’s-MOA 80pesos each.
      Kaya lang mukhang paaubos na rin. Good luck.

    I need help. Hindi pa kasi nadedeliver yung race kit ng friend ko. 21k runner sya. I’m trying to help him kasi walang feedback sa concern nya. Nagemail na sya sa [email protected] pero wala pa rin yung race kit. May ibang way ba kayong alam para ma-claim yung race kit?

    • Same problem here. The organizers need to make an immediate announcement on how to claim the undelivered racekits. Hustle yung systema nila.

      • same problem here. may friend is already registered as per Start list pero till now wala pa rin race kit nya. magkasabay lang kami nagregister during priority period ng 21k pero now wala pa rin kit nya.

        tanung ko pwede ba sya tumakbo sa sunday kahit walang kit?

  56. tell to your friend call this Runrio number….. 887 6194. Ask for the tracking number of his/her race kit.. then call the courier w/c is Metrowide, 353 2122 or 353 5686 and ask kung ano na status nung delivery…. i got mine only yesterday…..

    • Nagawa ko na ito. Either busy or walang sumasagot sa binigay mong contact number :( . Ano ba naman itong nag-organize ng run united. Ang hirap contact-in. Sana madali sila ma-reach para ma-solusyunan agad yung problema. Pahirapan eh. 2 days na lang before the event pero wala pa rin yung race kit ng ibang runners. Sino ba naman ang matutuwa dito di ba? Sana man lang, kahit isa, in behalf of the run united origanizer, may mag announce kung ano ang magiging susunod na aksyon nila sa mga runners na wala pang race kits.

      • sa mga katulad ko po na hindi pa narereceive yung race kit nila, i just received a text from runrio around 9PM that i can claim may race kit at the venue (located at the timing tent starting 12mn of June 1). reason for the undelivered kit might be the following: incomplete/incorrect address, no one to receive the package or uknown consignee according to the text message. with this, i hope you also could receive the same message from the organizer. see you all! good luck to all runners! =)

    – incomplete address/address cannot be located
    – nobody to receive the package
    – unknown consignee

    As of today, the race kits of the runners on this list were returned to us by our courier after 3 delivery attempts due to the following reasons:

    – Incomplete address or the address could not be located
    – No one to receive race kit
    – Unknown consignee

    I registered my friend under the name Arcadio Culminas, 21K category. Until now, his race kit hasn’t arrived. Please advise asap. Thanks!

  73. Good afternoon Run United 2 participants! Less than 48 hours before race day! We’d like to remind you of the following important points so that we will all have an enjoyable race this Sunday:

    1. Please do fill up the RUNNER’S INFO/ EMERGENCY CONTACT DETAILS at the back of your race bib.
    2. Strictly NO BIB, NO D-TAG, NO RACE. We will not provide replacements for lost or forgotten bibs and d-tags. Runners are responsible for the safekeeping of their own race bibs.
    3. Don’t forget to wear your D-tag around your shoe laces on race day. The D-tags have step-by-step instructions printed on them. These will allow you to have accurate race results and will allow you to claim your finishers’ items after the race.
    4. Baggage counters are available for you to deposit your belongings before running. However, we strongly discourage you from leaving valuables in your bags.
    5. 32k and 21k runners will be receiving finisher’s medals upon crossing the finish line and their finisher’s shirts and finisher’s kits at the finishers claiming area. No D-tag, No Finisher’s Shirt/Kit.

  76. Mga Sir’s/Maam’s tatanong ko lang po kung panu pumunta ng venue. Taga Villamor Air Base Pasay City po ako. Anu pong sasakyan ko para maka puntang Luneta? Pasensya hindi po kasi ako masyado gala kaya wala akong kaalam-alam sa mga lugar.Salamat po sa sasagot.
