San po ang UP Academic Oval?
Hello Organizers… This must be held on the road of manila/QC/BGC or everywhere.. This must be an ‘Evangelical Fun Run’. Sayang yung Scripture ng Singlet kung sa UP lang tatakbo. Lets spread the word… :)

IMHO the race organizers must introduce new race support other than colorful singlets considering that running inside UP Diliman campus is free 24/7.

Nakakasawang tumakbo sa UP kung paikut ikot lang. Sayang naman yung beneficiary. Mas madaming mahahatak na runners kung sa iba na lang gawin yung event. =)

Yup. Given the distance, 2.2 is one round of that area. This means for the 11K we will be running the area 5 times. Not a good route. =(

Alam nyo ba yung Tiktakbo 5? 6 rounds ng UP oval at may half pa na dumaan sa Chino Roces para mabuo yung 15 km. Kasama mo lang yung mga joggers sa umaga. Naka singlet at bib ka lang, hahaha
IMHO baka mahirapan yung organizer sa ibang venue ilagay ang takbo dahil sa mataas na venue fee dun sa popular sites like BGC, MOA, Roxas Blvd? Kung gagastusin lang nila yung maiipon nila para bayaran yung road usage permit at venue di sana nag-donate na lang sila nang diretso at di na lang magpatakbo.
Mahirap talaga magpa-run for a cause lalo na kung kulang budget. Suggestion to organizer, lumapit kaya kayo sa city government para pwedeng gamitin hanggang QC Circle or Katipunan Ave?
Using the scripture-printed singlets more often can create more social impact rather than using it once during the said event. What matters most is how often we use it rather than where we use it.

sali ako dto just for the singlet and donation na din. hindi nako tatakbo. gabi gabi na ako sa UP eh. hehehehe.

mukhang maganda ito kaso medyo malayo at parang di compatible ung place ng takbuhan o di lang ako pamilyar? pero magandang charity ito…. malayo pa ang registration site….try kong makasali.
The only difference is running with a group wearing this beautiful singlet makes an impact than running alone. Btw, my comment is just a comment. Still, organizers pa rin masusunod. Make peace.
Maybe budget ang reason kaya confined to UP lang. I don’t mind running laps on one Sunday kung I believe it’s a worthy cause naman. I’ll just try to wear the singlet as much possible na lang sa pagtakbo ko. Sana lang maganda tela at matibay ung singlet. hehehehe

Any update sa size chart ng singlets? Pwedeng bilhin diba kahit hindi tatakbo? Maganda kasi message. I hope maganda din quality ng tela and malinis ang pagkakaprint para tumagal.
Malaki naman talaga ang matitipid kung sa UP lang. Pero diba, malaki yung UP Diliman? Pwedeng lumagpas ng Oblation, Pardo de Tavera, Magsaysay Ave, E. Jacinto, etc… Di lang sana malimit sa Osmena at Roxas Ave yung route…

Pwede nilang gayahin yung QCIM, padaanin nila sa may Science Center o kaya palabasin hanggang CP Garcia. Honestly, twenty years na akong tumatakbo sa UP. Kung gusto mo nang flat Oval ka, gusto mo mahaba may 7.5KM loop yung labas na circle, kung hills padaanin mo nang Heartbreak hill o kaya sa may police station. Maraming ruta ang UP at hindi ka talaga ma-bo-bore kung alam mo lang kung paano i-explore yung venue.

Went to UP oval last Sunday, didn’t see any registration booth. Time wasted! Wag na kayo pumunta sa UP oval sayang lang oras nyo…….
For those asking about our registration booth in UP: We were actually around the vicinity of UP Academic Oval, giving out flyers and inviting people to register. We have not set-up a permanent registration booth in the previous Sundays because of our limited number and we have not yet secured a copy of the permit. Now that we have it, we’ll definitely be there. We regret that you were not able to see us. For that we ask for your understanding. We promise that we’ll make ourselves more visible in the next Sundays. Thank you very much!
Can I get the singlet after registration on the site (UP)?
Race kits, which include singlet, race bib and instructions are not yet available. We’ll inform you as soon as they become available.
Are timing chips/tags included in the race kit? If not, how will time be recorded?
There is no timing chip in the race kit. There will be a race timer to record time.
