UPDATE ON REGENT RUN 2012. As of today, we are pushing through the run this Sunday.

Regent Foods Corp. in cooperation with LEADPACK and Takbo.ph would like to encourage runners who will be joining this Sunday’s run to donate goods (ready to eat food, canned goods, water, medicine, clean clothes, slippers, blankets, etc) as Philippines Red Cross will have a drop-off tent on-site. All donated goods will go directly to Philippines Red Cross, official beneficiary of Regent Run.

A little bit will go a long way.

  6. Regarding sa medal, suggestion lang naman. Pwedeng two colors na lang yung lace ng 16 km? Parang sa DLS run, green and white…

    Worthy naman yung price range dahil may medal at finishers shirt na, may regeant pack pa…

  7. i do agreed with sir Vertical Finisher.. 2 color for lace of 16K.. just to distinguish the 16K and the 5K. may pagkakaiba sa medal pero di kasi pansin kung medyo malayo ung nakatingin..

  9. buti ito sponsor ng isang food company medyo mura… at yung ibang fun run like petron,st. peter etc… pero yung isang malaking drug companies eh pataas ng pataas yearly kung magpalaro… :-)

  17. @Ron – as far as i know po eh si sir jinoe gavan may-ari ng takbo.ph meron po yata silang company na ‘leadpack’ with group of runners… sorry MOD :-)

  18. @Ron- Leadpack po ang race organizer. Sila din po yung group na lahat ng marshalls ay very encouraging po sa lahat ng mga runners. =)

    @jc & limitEdrunner – it’s true po. Upon registration, makukuha na agad yung race kits AND Special Edition Saver’s Treat Canister with 13 Regent products inside. Bukod pa po yun sa makukuha after the run. =)

  33. sana nga po my registration man lng kahit sa alabang.. im coming from tanauan batangas pa po kc.. msyado na po hustle kung ppunta pa ng BGC.. mahirap po ang byahe.. at malaki msyado pamasahe pra lng makapag reg.. kahit po andun un urge na makapagreg tlga at makajoin.. kawawa nmn po kame kc isang fact pa po na kailangan ko magundertime pra lng makaabot sa cut off time ng registration.. gano po kalaking effort ang gagawin namen d ba po?.. kawawa nmn po kameng mga runners from south.. sna po meron mas malapit para maaccomodate po kme.. salamat po ng marami..

  34. @Patience- sa tingin po namin pinaka malapit sa inyo yung sa may BF Paranaque po na branch ng Robinson’s Supermarket. Mag o open na din po kami ng online registration para sa medyo malayo sa mga registration sites.

  35. Sila Doc Lyndon ba of Leadpack ang organizer dito? Saw some pics from your Presscon. Sasali ako ult dito. Mahusay grupo ni doc mag patakbo.

    Succesful yung Valucare at Medicard Run nila at lagi mura registration fees nila. Pwede naman pala ganon. Bakit Kay kulot ang mahal? Nagtatanong lang.

  41. Hi GenRo24 and Weng, Thank you for your comments. But as of today po, na deliver na po sa lahat ng registration sites yung mga race kits and saver’s treat. We really hope you’ll consider visiting the nearest branch to your place or at least po yung online registration namin.

    Eto ang sulit na Run. May Savers treat pa puno ng products ni Regent. Parang loot bag na e. Ganda pa ng container.

    Galing nyo. Kudos to the Organizer. Mukha talaga pinag isipan at they considered nila tayong mga runners.

  58. Hey Guys! Gusto lang po namin magpasalamat sa overwhelming support na ipinakita nyo samin during our opening weekend. We know that this is our first fun run and we thank you for trusting us. Don’t worry po, behind this run is our name that we wish to uphold at kasama na din po dun ang mga race organizers and race directors namin na na-prove na din po na well-organized ang mga races nila. Kaya maraming maraming salamat po uli!

  59. @regent oo nga eh… i am scheduled na to register this thursday sa Runnr BGC… pero may rexona nga pala hehehe, but anyway, I will run to Regent and give my rexona slot to my hubby… magkahiwalay nga lang kami tatakbo… tsk tsk.. that’s life hehehe… it’s only a matter of choice..

  62. to regentfoods, we choose to join in regent fun run together with my family, relatives and friends (12 persons) and we already registered to regent fun run rather than the rexona run in aug. 12 also…We hope much organize itong regent run and we really expect that..

  65. Sa lahat po ng runners ng regent… kung maaari po sana na wag nyo ng puntahan yung thread ng rexona para po hindi na magkaron ng interes yung ibang runners na magbasa… habang nadaragdagan ang bilang ng mga komento dun… lalo lang silang sisikat…

  82. @Bertong Balutan… Sana nalng pre hindi ka nag sisi kung san ka man nag pa reg bakit kailangan mo manira sa kabilang run kung naka reg kana dto, sabagay sayang naman ang 12 reg fee kung hindi ka tatakbo then pay expensive reg fee again, mukhang fun naman at well organizd ang run na ito… this is a fun run for BGC or MOA…

    regent – good location to run
    regent – is for family

    saka bila hmmmm….
    pero sakabila ako tatakbo kahit mahal…

  96. @REGENT FOODS… sa 16k kami tatakbo… baka po mapabayaan ang 16k runners… maubusan ng lootbags at ng iba pang freebies… pagdating naman po sa sizes ng finishers shirt maging maayos po sana ang distribution ng sizes…. Sa hydration po naman kailangan siksik liglig umaapaw…

    Suggestion lang naman po ng hindi tayo ma-out run ng kasabay na fun run at mabigyan ng masakit na komento pagkatapos ng race…
