Hi JC comment 74, finishline had called me telling me my time on the racecourse sections where they place the mat. These speaks that i am wearing the timing chip correctly. Yung sa finishline na wala ako time which is the most important. I requested them to please just post my name even with incomplete result (attachment ko kasi yan on my collection of bib and medal) pero wala pa din name ko. Im not closing to organizer finishline on their opportunity for improvement, its just that i cant separate my feeling from being upset.

OO nga, naaalala ko na. AXN nga pala yun race na hangang ngayun di ko pa nakukuha finisher’s shirt ko for 21K. To think that they asked us to keep the stubs.
Last year ganito din. 21k lang yung may souvenir shirt pero kung kanino pinamigay yung mga shirt kaya maraming 21k finisher’s ang hangang di pa ata nakukuha yung shirt.
Sana di na lang maulit sa run na ‘to. Dapat nadala na yung organizer o mga taong involved last year and will be involved again this year.
Ang mahal nito for a 21K run parang full marathon na yung price.. I’ll pass on this one, but i hope this one would be successful as anyother races.

The reason why we are having an earlier cut-off is to give way for the production and shipment of singlet, finisher shirt and finisher’s medal. All of these are produced outside the country. We want to make sure that everyone who registers get these items on time.

Yup, may sizes din ang finisher’s shirt at isa sya sa info na kailangan mo i-fill-up sa reg form so hopefully that means we get the size we chose.
Di ko alam kung totoo, pero sabi nung guy sa reg booth ide-deliver din daw ung finisher’s shirt. I hope finishline could confirm this.

Just to clarify. The finisher shirts will not be delivered. It will be given to you after finishing the race. Those who registered during the regular period will receive their race kits via courier.

Does this mean that when claiming the finisher shirt you would be verifying from the form what size of the shirt was filled by the runner?

Let us share you how we plan to manage the finisher shirt distribution.
For the participants who register during the regular registration period, their bib no. containing their finisher shirt claim stub will have the finisher shirt size. This is what they will present to our tents. The tents will be divided according to finisher shirt size. For those who register during the late registration period, they will be asked to go the a different tent where all sizes are available. The claiming in this area will be on a first come first serve. To prevent any clogging, no return/ no exchange policy will be implemented. The participant who may want to change size will have to look for another participant who is willing to trade his/ her finisher shirt with another size.
This is the reason why, we encourage all to register early so that we can produce the participant’s preferred size.

Ang ganda ng finishers medal dito, collector’s item talaga. San ka makakakita ng medal na resemblance ng araw? Dito lang. Kung ako sa inyo magparegister na kayo, pwede itong ipangutang talaga.
Imamail po ba yung Singlet, Rece bib or wahtever is included sa package? Sabi kasi ng tao ng organizer sa Runnr it will be mailed, 2 weeks na lang kasi from race days and i still haven’t received anything from the organizer thanks!!

i received text promo stating that 21K reg fee had been lowered from P1100 to P900. that is good news to the 21K runners as this may perk up registration. but let us hope that the race marshals, water stations, distance markers etcetera will not be lowered too.

Up to May 20 pa ang registration, based on the text message I received this morning (5/15/2012) from Finishline. Just try to call onsite registration sites. I’ll recommend Runnr Trinoma if you’re more convenient getting to that place. Very accommodating kasi mga staff.
