Running in Clark Global City, Pampanga

1650

Braved through the pouring rain in Metro Manila to run a 16K in Clark Global City Pampanga together with Chiqui and Del at the BRM Central Luzon that happened last August 12 starting at the Clark Parade Grounds.

We finally realize why a lot of races are being mounted in Clark, place looks a lot like Nuvali back in 2010, the trees around the route is like UP Diliman and the wide roads feels like you’re running in Roxas Blvd.

Here’s a quick look of the 16K race course we ran in Clark, we won’t be surprised if more and more races are going to be held in this place.

  1. Clark is a great venue for running. As you’ve said, it’s refreshing because of the trees surrounding the area and because walang usok ng sasakyan na malalanghap. 😊

  2. I love running in Clark. I used to live in Damarinas, Cavite where there are very few safe and clean running areas. I was quite a frustrated runner there. After running in Pampanga I quickly realized there are some amazing running areas. It is very clean, structured, and safe. I can do 20k runs on the weekends with no worries. There is Parade Grounds and all the surrounding areas which are great for getting out and exploring while running.

  3. Well I saw you Sir, looking you enjoy much the race. Hopefully Pinoyfitness will bring some of the races here in Clark. Started Running in Clark 2013 and I can say really have much to offer in terms of route with mountains and green sceneries. I really hope Pinoyfitness will consider clark for their upcoming races . BTW, thank you for the keep posting runs really help me a lot in choosing fun run to join with.

  4. Ran a race there early this year, Fit to Run 2018, was surprised too of the race route, the scenery, and the number of other things to do and places to visit after the race.
