Anne Curtis just finished the 38th London Marathon last Sunday, April 22, 2018, in 5 hours, 12 minutes and raised P278,116 for UNICEF.

“Super nervous but running for the Filipino Youth will keep me inspired each kilometre!” – Anne Curtis
Anne has been a familiar face in the Philippine Running Community and she’s indeed participated in several fun runs in the country. But this time around, Anne Curtis takes on the challenge to run one of the world’s most popular marathon to raise funds for the UNICEF (United Nation Children’s Fund) Foundation, where she is a Celebrity Advocate for Children.
She finished the race in 5 hours and 12 minutes with the following splits:
In her latest Instagram post, the Philippine Celebrity expressed her gratitude to all those who donated. Her initial target was to raise P84,000 pesos – an amount that will help the UNICEF in funding more programs for the Filipino children. Thankfully, many kind-hearted individuals have heard her plea and took action. Now, the current donations have reached P278,116 which is 330% more than the initial target amount!
Luckily, there is still a chance to donate to this run for a cause by simply clicking this link – Anne Runs The London Marathon for UNICEF.
Congratulations and thank you, Anne Curtis, for showing us that you can never be too busy for your passion. But thank you more for showing us that running can be something more than just a passion.
