Yes! It’s that time of the year again! Starbucks just recently released their 2018 planners. This year Starbucks is introducing 2 designs with sizes to fit user’s preference and it also comes with a desk calendar and a stencil that doubles as a ruler.
A customer can avail of a Starbucks® Christmas Traditions Promo Card from November 2, 2017 to January 8, 2018.
Now this is where it gets tricky, normally this promo unconsciously convinces us to consume more coffee than usual, or make us upgrade to a higher calorie holiday drink in exchange for our regular drink. Well, that’s OK, but just for fun, let’s try to compute the cost of our Starbucks Planner in Calories.
Here are the assumptions: What we want is to consume the least amount of calories in exchange for a Starbucks planner, and we need to consume 9 regular and another 9 holiday beverage.
The best combination is to go for the tall Christmas Tree Peppermint Dark Mocha with approximately 240 calories and the Short Brewed Coffee (Black) with 5 calories, multiplying each by 9 it totals to 2,205 Calories.
Here are some suggestions on how to burn these calories up!
1. Running ~ 3 Hours and 5 Minutes or approx. 21KM Run
2. Swimming ~ 3 Hours and 40 Minutes or approx. 11KM Swim
3. Cycling ~ 3 Hours and 20 Minutes or approx. 100KM Ride
4. Yoga ~ 5 Hours
So that’s it! Now go get that planner! (or both) Remember, you can always share the calories with a friend ;) I like the Christmas Tree Peppermint Dark Mocha too.
