Kuya Kim Atienza Conquers The Boston Marathon
TV host-actor Kim Atienza, otherwise known as Kuya Kim was among the thousands that successfully finished this year’s Boston Marathon. Atienza finished strong with the time of 3 hours, 57 minutes and 55 seconds (3:57:55) in Eastern Massachusetts, Boston.
The Boston Marathon is well known as one of the biggest marathons in the world. This year, the race covered 26 miles and 385 yards of hilly and flat terrain. The race started in Hopkinton, which is located to the west-south-west of Boston on route to the east side of Boston specifically to Ashland, Framingham, Natick and Wellesley.
Once in the East, the route continued to Comm Ave through the four Newton Hills and finished in Copley Square, Boston’s famous public library. Kuya Kim, who recently just turned 50 years old, claimed that this was the best race he has ever participated in. After successfully finishing the New York marathon last November, Atienza mentioned on Instagram how big the Boston Marathon race was for him prior to the event.
After finishing the race, the weatherman then took to Instagram to express his triumphant finish. Atienza mentioned how grateful he was for the support of his family in what he exclaimed as the best race ever.
