Here’s a quick summary:
1. Remove the clean the insoles separately, if the laces are dirty, you can remove and wash them separately as well – Use a old toothbrush and mild soap
2. Brush and Clean your shoes to remove all mud and grit
3. Dry your shoes naturally, don’t put it under direct heat or sunlight, instead stuff some old newspaper inside the shoes, the paper will absorb the dampness and help the shoe to dry naturally. Leave it for 24 hours or until dry.
Last Tip: To remove bad odor, you can sprinkle a little bit of baking soda just before the shoe dries.

Hi Ria, as noted naman if madumi sa loob you can remove the shoe laces and clean the inside also
If you soak it iin water the rubber soles might separate! For me use sponge /toothbrush to clean ,not to wet.
