360 Fitness ‘Challenge Workout of the Week’ for #YolandaPH Victims

Really proud on how the fitness industry is coming together to help and give what they can to help the victims of #YolandaPH. Here’s another way to help by working those hard earned muscles.

For 360 Fitness Club Members, on November 18-24 every round of the COW (Challenge of the Week) you finish, 360 Fitness Club will donate P36.00, try to finish as many rounds as you can and you get to donate more to help!

THE CHALLENGE:
– Density 7mins
– 20 Burpees
– 20 Push-ups
– 20 Low Rows
– 20 Pairs Mt. Climbers

Not a 360 Fitness Member but still want to help!? The Challenge is also open to non-members who wants to try it out as well! Just call 360 Fitness and schedule a trail workout on November 18-24 and they’ll donate the same amount for every round you finish!
