Inline with the 2nd anniversary of the Save Philippine Seas (SPS) organization on September 15, 2013 they are hosting a Seatizen’s Festival at the Ninoy Aquino Parks and Wildlife Center in QC where runners are encouraged to run in marine-inspired costumes! Check it out!
