  1. oooopss huling huli na pala… last leg na pala ito, kelangan daw atleast makadalawang masalihan sa event na ito para just in-case na makalusot sa age qualifying time eh free sa finals… goodluck guys! :-)

  2. @Voltz, I ran the first 2 legs, and you don’t need a sub-50min to qualify for the top 1000. It is more of a sub70min for men and sub80min for ladies. I would encourage you to enter at least two of the remaining three legs if not all three. It is the best organized race I have ever witnessed in metro Manila more so considering that it is being held in the vehicular heavy Makati CBD. Safety, route accuracy, hydration are all perfectly manged.

Having said that, the participants in this race tend to be the serious ones, as the top 25-30 male and female all tend to come in below the 50min time mark! So be prepared to rip the road relentlessly…

  3. wala itong singlet pero meron itong finisher shirt. one time registration of 800 pesos w/ timing chip. succeeding legs 600… Very competitive 10km run. no qualifying time.

  4. @John D – thanks bro… ito yung details base on their website…kung tama ang pagkakaintindi ko eh last leg na itong april 14 event…

  5. @Sir nube, I think it is very cheap comparably. Look at it this way. 1st race you pay 800pesos kasi you must buy the chip at 150pesos. 2nd race you pay 650pesos. Championship is free if you are top 1000. Since it is a small race, most likely you will be top 1000, so championship race is free for you. So average you have paid for 3 great races in Makati is (800 + 650)/3 = <500 per race. Now if you are in top 250, which I again belive you can, you get invited for a free diner to mingle with some of the best runners. Do the math for the gruelling RunUnited 21-32-42 to be invited for the diner or the MILO 21 or 42K qualifying to be invited for the carbo loading party and you will see this one is good bang for the buck!!!
