Okay lang po to join kahit sa ibang events. We also have Filipino games and Bingo. Join us after the run at UP Bahay ng Alumni. This is an event for the whole family.

magkano po talaga yung Reg fees sa 12k, 600 po ba or 700? Salamat po.

sali ako dito dahil mas malapit ito sa Bulacan :)

kasabay ng ofw,pero okay dto muna ako, di masyadong crowded.

mas mag eenjoy ang mga bata dto, 1st time nilang makakasali s mga larong pilipino.

what’s the route? sana hindi lang around the oval. is the shirt a dri-fit shirt?

It will go around the oval, but it will also pass by other scenic routes sa UP. The oval is very important because dun makikita ang Carillon Bell Tower at ang Oblation which are symbols of UP. Yes, the shirt material is dri-fit.

kakaasar naman!!! bakit nagkakasabay ung mga magagandang patakbo! hanggang dito pa naman b may competition? d b pedeng mag-usap-usap kayong mga organizer? sayang larong-pinoy pa naman ito!!! gud luk s inyo! mejo malayo kasi s makati?

thank you for replying to my concerns. follow-up question – what would be the cut-off times for 6K and 12K?

Wala namang pong definite na cut-off times but the awarding will start at 7:30am. By that time, most runners should be done because other activities such as the tennis tournament and Filipino games will start at around 9:00am.

Hindi naman po siguro magagalit si vice, alumni din naman po siya nang UP and this event is the centennial celebration of the alumni, every 100 years lang po ito magaganap. :)

@without limits, i think n meron salubong dyan s sunken garden pag easter sunday,madalas n tatapos ng mga 6am.

hahaha… parang mas okay d2 tumakbo! hindi crowded, nice shirt, may medal din, fun daming palaro!

We will be working with the UP community to make the route so pwede naman pong iiwas sa dadaanan nang salubong.

Naku sir, binigay po sa inyo ang sample. Nagkamali po yung store personnel sa Chris Sports MOA. Pang-sizing po kasi yan. Sa March 1 pa po talaga ang claiming. Pero dahil nasa inyo na po, okay lang at least kayo ang unang nakatanggap nang shirt.

12KM route will utilize the oval, Jacinto Street, and Quirino Street, all the way to the College of Science Complex ending back to the Carillon.

Announcement:
Registration for UPAA Bagong Sigla Fun Run 2013 is extended until March 22, 2013, Friday at all of our partner registration sites! Chris Sports SM North Annex, SM Megamall, SM MOA, SM Fairview and Fitness and Athletics BGC. UP Alumi Office at UP Diliman, UP Manila and UP Los Banos.
And there will be onsite registration this March 24, 2013, race day. Just look for our registration booth in the activity area. Thanks! See you runners on the race day!

Already registered! I like the shirt because it is dryfit. I felt like a PEPSQUAD wearing the commemorative shirt. I registered because my friends from UP invited me. But I got confused with the date.

The start and finish line is in front of the Carillon bell tower, the Start and finish arc
has already been set up at the area since yesterday.

24th po, it’s Palm Sunday.

Pwede pa pong humabol sa on-site registration tomorrow at 4am. Please look for the on-site/redemption booth.

Those registered on the run can join the Filipino games for free, just present your bib no. to get a stub for the games at the redemption booth. Sa mga hindi po tumakbo, the game stubs for Filipino games are only Php20 each. We have prepared games such as Bunong Braso, Palo Sebo, Buko Sebo (Team), Sack Race, Pabitin (kids only), and Pukpok Palayok (kids only). There will also be board games (dama, chess, checkers, sungka). These games will be facilitated by the UP CHK.
