kakayanin k kaya yung long distance? my bike ako kase mountain bike lang… problema k lang pano k dadalin yung bike papunta sa event kung wala kang sasakyan? my service ba para sa mga walang sasakyan?
Went to al terra and then to bike kings! Tsk tsk wala silang alam about this event! Sayang effort! When and where ba talaga pwede magregister?

Last time sa 7/11 bike event sa Clark SCTEX may delivery truck na nag transport ng mga bike with Coaster minibus for the riders. I think with a fee. Sana may ganun uli.

Kasabay ng Adrenaline Off road duathlon. Hirap mag decide Kung san mag register. Any comparison regarding this 2 event?
definitely mas mahirap ang off road. biking 25kms off-road is harder than biking the same distance in pavement. rocks, roots, loose soil and mud
@Cayote if I were you I’ll join the off road duathlon. Powerade also has an event at August 19. And that is a road duathlon. Also the fees are cheaper than the unilab duathlon =)
Ciguro pagmagaling ka sa mtb…. Doon ka sa offroad…pero kung magaling ka sa roadbike..doon ka sa sctex…depende sa advantage ng katawan mo…imho
May finishers medal ba in each category?
How does the relay work? 3 people run each leg? Or 2 people—one for the run and another for the bike?

I try to drop by Bike King and inquire about this event. I still cant decide what category to register either sprint or long distance. Parang ang sarap mag TT sa SCTEX :)
sali ako dito mountainbike with slick tires na lang pansamantagal. accdg sa organizer, MTBs can only join the sprint distance. I guess this also goes for foldingbikes as well.

gusto ko po try ang duathlon. pero OK lang po ba na folding bike (dahon) lang ang gamit ko? hindi po ba akong mag mukhang TH ? :( . . . wala po kasi akong road or MT bike. tnx.

Ask mo po sa mga reg site. . pwede naman siguro yan pero baka sprint. . ako nga gamit ko retro lang hehehe. . di kasing gaganda ng tri bike o road bike nila :P
kahit anong bike yata pwede sa sprint distance. pero sa long distance, strictly road/TRi bikes lang. ako nga MTB lang gagamitin ko. experience lang, 1st time. Sa powerade may gumamit ng folding bike. baka yung Dahon mo eh vector, bilis nyan.

@boy2 and tantolitz : like mo yung fan page ng Bike KIng Philippines sa FB. Kadalasan a week before pwede i claim kit sa Bike KIng sa High Street or you can claim it before the race day. Hindi naman ganun kalaki participant ng duathlon unlike sa run na 1000++. Eto pala tel no. 8563362
