Kobe Paras, the son of the PBA legend Benjie Paras, brought pride to the Philippines by successfully defending his title as the Slam Dunk Prince in the recent FIBA 3×3 Under-18 World Championship Slam Dunk Contest in Hungary.
Paras, 17, got a perfect score of 30 and beat the US contender, Jalek Felton, who scored a total of 29. He won the crown by doing a reverse two-handed jam after grabbing the ball and jumping over his teammate Ricci Rivero.
