The event is a fund-raising project of the Agricultural Credit Policy Council in partnership with the UP Sigma Alpha Sorority Alumnae Association, Inc. aimed at helping deserving and under-privileged women obtain good quality education through the grant of scholarships in state universities and colleges and for livelihood and skills training for those who do not qualify for formal education.
