  1. VicenteTagle Kahit saan internal medicine na doctor or better yet, ung internal medicine na specialization is cardio. Sabihin mo lang need mo ng ‘Fit to Run’ Medical Certificate which is essentially med cert din sya na sinulatan lang nag undergo ka ng mga tests that you are physically fit to run either the 21km or 42km.

  2. ChaozkiBueno I got mine thru an internal medicine (IM) doctor. Pwede din (at mas maganda) sa IM na doctor specializing in Cardiology.

  9. ang hirap kumuha ng medcert! o baka natapat lang ang ako sa mahigpit na hospital.
    Na advance yung annual PE ko dahil dito sa fun run ng milo. August pa yung annual PE ng company namin pero nauna na ako.

    Naranasan ko din yan last year.. ECG at 2D echo.. maganda lang di ka kakabahan sa takbo dahil nagpacheck up ka talaga…

    Sir, yan di akala ko last year na fit ako.. pero after ECG at 2D echo meron problema sa puso typical problem ng runners.. sabi ng doc na tumingin sa akin kaya daw meron bumabagsak sa mga runs or even tri dhil ang concern lagi natin yun tuhod at paa nakakalimutan natin na pag nainjured tayo sa tuhod at paa pwede na tayo tumigil during runs pero pag tumama sa puso at during runs.. mukhang sa ambulance ang ppuntahan mo. Sleepless night ako nun habang naghihintay ng fit to run cert… Maganda mga runs ko before ako mag pacheck but after na mabigyan  ako ng fit to run cert mas lumakas kesa mas meron ng tiwala sa sarili at sa puso.. kaya siguro nakapag finals ako last year….

  12. Bagito yap heart issue dapat din tingnan. Nakakamatay talaga ang marathon. Maiba ako dapat di bagito pangalan mo dapat batikan. ha ha.
    Batikan pagdating sa run.

  13. Bagito Yap yan naman ang goal ng karamihan. he he. I just started to join fun run 2 years ago. Dati 5K lang then 10K last year naging 21K at ngayon 32K and 42K. Sa 21K masaya ako kasi lagi akong nasa top 100. Tingnan natin yung magiging record ko sa 32 at 42K.

    try mo sub 3 sa RU2 32k.. kakayanin mo ang 42k qualifying time. Going 3 years na me sa running.. 4 ultras and 10 FM, countless 21k..

  15. Bagito yap kasali ako sa RU2 this sunday. This is my first 32K run then sa October yung 42K.
    Bundled registrant ako sa RU2 21/32/42K

    BAGITO PURO KA YABANG ANG BAGAL MO NAMANG TUMAKBO! INAABOT KA NG 6 HOURS SA MARATHON.
