The National Age Group Triathlon Subic Leg, along with the other legs of the NAGT 2015, will serve as qualifying event for the Philippine National Games 2016.
The men and women Age Groupers with the 15 best times for each gender in the Standard Distance race will be the Luzon qualifiers for PNG 2016.
NAGT 2 in Sipalay and NAGT 3 in Cagayan de Oro serve as the other qualifiers for the Visayas and Mindanao respectively. Outstanding performers at the PNG 2016 will be invited to join the Philippine Triathlon Team.
