Jaybird Freedom Sprint Wireless Review

Freedom is indeed the feeling once you tried on the newest generation wireless Bluetooth earbuds like the Jaybird Freedom Sprint Wireless. It’s the newest earbuds from Jaybird that provides 4.5 of music and call without the hassle of being wired to your music device.

Design and Operation
The packaging that comes with the Jaybird Freedom Sprint is very impressive, and the clamshell type earbuds holder looks very stylish. The box comes with 3 different sets of earbud sizes to make sure it fits perfectly to the user. It also comes with Jaybird’s patented secure fit cushion fins that keeps the earphones locked into place while you’re running around.

Comparing this with our previous review of the Yurbuds Inspire Wireless, the Jaybird Freedom Sprint is noticeably smaller and lighter in design, in exchange, you get a shorter play time. The Freedom Sprint can operate for 4.5 hours, perfect for trainings and half-marathons, but might fall short on performance when racing a marathon.

Pairing the Freedom Sprint with my iPhone 5 was fairly simple and the device comes with 3 multi-function buttons, you just have to quickly flip the manual to know how to operate the buttons effectively.

Audio and Phone Calls
The Freedom Sprint comes with an in-ear design that blocks outside noise, allowing me to really experience high quality audio. The device also allows you to make and receive high quality voice calls, a great plus for such a small device.

I’m starting to love the Jaybird Freedom Sprint but there’s one thing I wished they’d add in the future, it lacks the a battery indicator (like found in the Yurbuds Inspire Wireless), so sometimes I find myself without music 30 minutes off my run, as a solution, I make sure to charge the earphones every time I get the chance, especially if I know I’m going for a run.

Overall, if you’re looking for a great Bluetooth earphone, the Jaybird Freedom Sprint definitely is a good choice, small, stylish with great sound quality.
