Claiming of singlets for the runners who registered last June 14-15 for the 10k,21k & 42k will be on June 27, 2014 in stores where you registered.
Authorized representative will be allowed just bring any valid ID of the registered runner or an authorization letter.

Open pa yun onsite registration as announced earlier in runrio fb page. Hnd lang na-mention kung may slots pa sa lahat ng category. Yun singlet sizes S, M, L pa lang. FYI…

We visit some of the distribution outlets, but the singlet was not available. Please advise.
Serious problem here. I registered for 10K at Toby’s SM North. And the reps there only have Small sizes for their 10K singlets which will not fit me. I’ve been informed by the same reps that I can wear any singlet during the event as long as i have the bib. Is this true? I’ve read from the brochure included that runners must all wear their singlets and bibs at all times. heeelp..

To mr Jay, okay yun we can wear any kind of singlet. But the point is hindi sila makapag-provide ng bigger size na singlet. Ako rin for the 10km. small ang ibinigay sa akin. Kahit na slim ako sa taas kong 5’8″ magkakasya kaya sa akin ang small. Di ba dapat anticipated na ng organizer na mas maraming bigger size dapat ang singlet? Same problem na ito sa size like before. Yun lang.
and may i add yung representative ng runrio sa sm north booth ha, may pagka-masungit yata. i’m not sure kung ako lang yung nakapansin. whatever. yun lang. ^^

Pakilinaw naman. Yung mga pasok sa cut-off time for 21k and 42k will receive a finisher certificate and medals right? Nakalagay kasi sa handbook when it comes to the medal “Upon completion of the race, runners in the 21k and 42k category will receive finisher medals”… Ibig sabihin kahit 4 hours na tumatakbo for 21k eh makakareceive ng medal basta matapos? And yung certificate, para lang sa mga pasok sa cut-off time? (PS: No harm intended. Lumaki kasi ako na yun ang pagkakaintindi ko. Gusto ko lang malinaw since matagal ko na ito ginagawa and ngayon ko lang napansin yung wording sa handbook).

May cut-off time din along the route. For example sa 10k ka pa lang inabot ka ng 2 hours, isasakay ka na ng service vehicle. Nasa manual naman yun basa basa ka din pag may time.

yep, i knew it! akala ko ako lang nakakapansin…kelan ka nagpa-reg dude? baka same person naka-encounter natin. i don’t mind her texting while on duty, but her attitude grabe, unfortunately hindi ko nakuha ang name nya nagmamadali kasi ako that time kaya di ko pinatulan hehehe
really dnt care about her name since she dsnt care abt her job. i guess she’s the only one manning the booth kc wala siang kapalit everytime naka-brk cia. 1st sa milo on 6/29, then sofitel run on 7/19.

hirap po this day kumuha ng singlet for 42k kasi pabalik balik pa . sa laguna pa po kmi nkatira then sa moa pa kukuha (manila) . nkakailang pabalik balik n po kmi dun pero wala p ring enough size n singlet . help to solve problem .

Tried giving this race a try but the registration up to claiming of singlet has been a whole nightmare. The robots manning the Toby’s SM North booth did not help make this a good experience. Might be my first and last run.

I was really looking forward to running. Kaya lang, 2 times na akong bumabalik sa Bonifacio HS to get my singlet pero wala pa rin. I even texted, last Sat daw may darating. I went there pero wala naman. Ganun ba kahirap mag-produce and distribute ng singlet ha Milo and Runnr? Yung mga staff niyo, they don’t have an idea kailan magkaka stock. Kung yung gobyerno natin inefficient pati ba naman yung mga organizer ng fun run? Eh hindi na ito fun eh, run na lang. Kasi nakakaasar.
