Hi, I tried registering in the Etude House funrun. when I entered my pink card number and the initial password that the website gave to me, it says invalid password. I haven’t even changed the password yet. it’s the initial password sent to my email after the card activation. I cannot seem to login in the website using my account using this password. I tried to use the “FOrgot Password” functionality but it doesn’t send something on my email. Can you please help?

Me and my sister are validating our pink card but nothing happens after I validated my account. I tried to log-in, but it requires password which is not included in member’s detail. When I click forgot password, nothing happens. It does not send any email on how to retrieve the password. So how do we join and get our tutu skirt? Thank you.
