Dear NatGeo Earth Day Run 2014 Registrants,

Here are some reminders in relation to the NatGeo Earth Day Run 2014 singlet claiming:

Singlets can be claimed at the SM Aura (Lower Ground floor) NATGEORUN registration area. starting April 10 from 11AM to 9PM.
Please present your ACTUAL Natgeo Earth Day Run bib number AND a copy of your valid ID when claiming.
Please follow the singlet claiming procedure accordingly.
We anticipate a large number of participants to claim especially on April 10 so please expect long queues even as we ensure that a proper procedure is set to prevent this from happening. To avoid the initial stream of people, you may choose to claim any day until April 20.
Shirt sizes are subject to availability
We are initially anticipating a surge of 6,000 participants to go to the SM AURA registration center to claim singlets by tomorrow, April 10.Despite a well-placed plan, we are faced with space and security constraints.To remedy this and as part of our efforts to provide you hassle-free singlet claiming, we have made minor improvements to the schedule:

April 10 – start of singlet claiming for short-distance categories 3k, 5k and 10k.
April 12 – start of singlet claiming for long-distance categories 21k and 42k.

This arrangement aims to let the biggest bulk of claimants pass first before having the longer distance participants come to claim their singlets.

    Online registrants – kits will still be delivered

    On site registrants –

    March 1 to 4, before 12nn cut off – delivery

    March 4, after ther 12 nn c/off – onwards – pick up at aura.

    And please, natgeo kindly mention kung ano po courier para alam lang namin i-track ang kits.

  2. Disappointment for me yung singlet. Di maganda yung print at iba pa yung design from what was shown sa website nila.

  11. Hangang ngayon wala pa singlet namin ,subukan nyo lng na mali ang size na ibibigay nyo samin ,sana wag maulit yung nangyari sa c5 half marathon,onsite na binigay ang mga singlet,imbis na mgrelax k pipila kp ng mahaba makuha mo lng snglet at bib mo,natgeo wag nyo itaya ang karangalan nyo dto.

  14. I hope they will accomodate us. We want to run also. Kaya lang d kami nakapagparegister.late na kasi namin nakita. Possible pa ba na makatakbo kami? Baka naman pwede pa po. 4 kit for 10k only. Please…huhu we want to experience that run.

  21. anyare NatGeo bago pala dumating ang racing kit ko!naman oh!! Small ang inorder kong singlet Medium ang nakarating! nagpa-online2 pa kau hindi rin pala realible!

  23. For some reason nakakainis na ang organizer. Sabi nila sa site nila, april 10 pa sila magrerelease ng singlet. But one of my friend who also join the run already got her singlet sa SM AURA YESTERDAY! Bat ganun? April 10 is april 10! Bat kahapon namigay na sila. -.- tapos sabay sabi sa april 10 pa sila magrereplenish. Mejo nakakaubos ng pasensya :/

  24. April 8, still!!! No singlet, called 2GO pero wala pa rin, March 1, onsite reg. sabi ng 2GO hindi p encoded ang address ko, isa ko sa mga early birds sa reg. haaaayz, tamad cguro mga tao ng NATGEO!! galaw galaw!! ayusin nyo!!

  35. okay, 21K and 42K, delayed uli ang singlet claim sched. sa Apr 12 na lang daw. dami daw kasi ineexpect mag claim ng Apr 10. Haist! this run is the most disorganized one! sa pre-race items pa lang sakit na nsa ulo, how can you look forward to an organized event on Apr 27? This is gonna be my last for NatGeo. This event totally destroyed my anything I hold dear for National Geographic as a whole!

  36. Nadeliver na kanina yung race kit ko. I registered 4. Lahat may reply na initial steps successful. I paid all 4, same procedure pero after ilang days isa lang ang confirmation email na narcv ko. I dont know kung na credit lahat sa card ko kasi wala pa yun billing, pero bakit isa lang ang dumating na racekit. Mukhang ibebenta ko na lang to pag hindi makarating yung iba. 21k large

  40. Last March 17 pa ako nagparegister online pero until now wala pa rin yung singlet ko…badtrip…. tapos chineck ko yung site nila sa natgeorun.com kailangan ba na sa SM Aura na ikiclaim?? paano yung delivery fee? akala ko pa naman walang hassle!!!

  50. sa dami nang nang sinalihan kong run ito yung pinakawalang kwenta mag-organize…first day of claiming walang sizes nang singlet…ibibigay sayo 3XL, 2XL, XS, and 2XS…seriously may 3XL kesa S, M, L? ilang runners ba ang gumagamit nang 3XL. Large ako kinuha ko nalang XS..tapos ask mo kung may number para matawagan kung meron darating na siinglet…aba wala daw..secretariat…we need an apology from the organizers…di po kami nagwowork lang sa BGC area…malalayo po pinanggagalingan namin para kunin yung singlet…10k for 750 kasama singlet and race bib na ngalang palpak…matuto kayo sa RunRio mag-organize… no more NatGeo Run for me kung same lang din ang organizer next year.

  51. Went to aura on 1st day april 10 to claim singlets. took us 5 hrs to wait kasi naubos daw agad stock kasi konti pa lang?!? sana hindi muna nila pinapunta mga tao. na anticipate na sana nila yun para hindi na nagkagulo mga tao dun. mahina organizers! walang plan B! Sablay!

  55. Sinisira lng ng natgeo ang pangalan nila dahil sa walang kwentang pag oorganize ng funrun nila. Umpisa plang wala k ng makitang fun. Next time, wag na kau magpauso ng delivery. Ok na ung sabihin nyo na separate ung race kit claiming. Pauso p kau ng separate dates of claiming. Hndi lng kau ang takbo na marami ang registrants. Nagawa ng iba n maging organize, bakit kau d nyo magawa? Hndi Nakakaaliw!

  64. I chose medium as the size of my singlet when I registered online, but when I got my 21K race kit delivered at home, I got a large sized singlet. Anyone willing to swap my large sized singlet to a medium singlet? Thanks!

    • sir, di lang po kayo may ganyang experience, yung friend ko for 21K pero 3-5-10K din yung singlet na nareceive nya. Kainis lang.

    I wonder what happened to my race kit. It is already April 16, 2014 and I haven’t received it yet. I am just in Lipa City. I paid for courrier service when I registered online.

    My reference Number is 11001500.

    Please…please…send my race kit.

  79. wala pa po singlet ko… may natanggap ako text message na pinadala na daw yung singlet ng 2Go pero hindi daw nila na locate ang bahay ko… kaya binalik na lang sa Natgeo… tanong lang… papaano kung hindi na maipadala yung singlet, makukuha pa yun sa mismong Race Event? pls reply…. salamat po…

  80. I have two friends who still have not yet received their singlets. Please naman po, you still have time to send it through LBC or any courier. They paid you as you asked your clients. Please treat them and all the others w/ honor and justice.

  81. To the SECRETARIAT of NatGeo, please make a follow up announcement or update about the claiming of singlets. Sa Sunday na ang run ninyo pero wala pang singlet ang dalawang friends ko. Kung tutuusin pwede nyo pa ‘tong ipaLBC or please announce kung pwedeng I-claim ang singlet sa SM Aura pero siguraduhin po nyo n may available n singlets doon. Nagbayad po kami ng maayos sa inyo. AYUSIN NYO NAMAN po ang patakbo nyo.

    • same case here, emailed their secretariat but haven’t gotten a response yet. tsk tsk NatGeo, ayusin naman po ang pagdeliver.

      • Thanks, rumaraningpagmaytaym! We have been making a lot of follow ups and emails pero wala pa ring response. Nakakalungkot kasi ANG MAHAL NG SINGIL NILA pero HINDI NILA INAAYOS ANG MGA PROBLEMA ng mga runners nila. Nakakalungkot talaga!

  82. Hey! Sunday na ang marathon wala pang race kit delivery ang friend ko. Sabay-sabay kami nagregister online. Wala rin message if ano nangyari na. Then yon singlet ko for 42k na delivered ay singlet na pang 3k, 5k and 10k. Ano ba yan?

WTH! yong RaceKit ng friend ko wala parin 6 days to go! eh to think na sabay-sabay kaming nagregister online.. at isang address(along Ortigas Center) lang ginamit naming tatlo!!! ayusin nyo naman organizer.. nagbabayad naman kami!! May customer service ba ang organizer ng event na to maliban sa e-mail nila na late at hindi nagrereply?

  88. how terrible this organizer!!!! until now I didn’t have my racekit!!!!!its more than a month since I registered!!! I don’t know why it takes eternity to wait..

  89. feeling undertrained.. the farthest distance that I ran in my training is only 28k. lost 3 weeks. progression was 21k – 24k – 28k. mostly from cainta to sumulong antipolo. last is good friday up and down sumulong hiway. around 20k distance.

    • ako din, wala pa. APRIL 23 na ah. BIG disappointment naman itong NatGeo. Tapos mali-mali yung natanggap ng friends kong 21K runners din. Yung isa, singlet na pang 10K ang naideliver, yung isa naman, S ang size nya dapat at M ang dumating eh sobrang laki nun for her. Ako naman, NADA pa rin…haaaaaaaaaaay

  97. Nakakaloko tong NatGeo na to. Ang fail ng pamimigay ng singlets. Ibahin nila sana supplier nila next year para mas maayos.

  100. Ano ba nangyari NatGeo? Sobrang ayos naman last year ng event na ito ah. During then, may timing chip lahat ng categories, free water container asides the singlet at may naka print na certificates na agad after the run with the runner’s actual name.

    Hoping na hindi ito maging fail event by Sunday.
