Dear NatGeo Earth Day Run 2014 Registrants,

Here are some reminders in relation to the NatGeo Earth Day Run 2014 singlet claiming:

Singlets can be claimed at the SM Aura (Lower Ground floor) NATGEORUN registration area. starting April 10 from 11AM to 9PM.
Please present your ACTUAL Natgeo Earth Day Run bib number AND a copy of your valid ID when claiming.
Please follow the singlet claiming procedure accordingly.
We anticipate a large number of participants to claim especially on April 10 so please expect long queues even as we ensure that a proper procedure is set to prevent this from happening. To avoid the initial stream of people, you may choose to claim any day until April 20.
Shirt sizes are subject to availability
We are initially anticipating a surge of 6,000 participants to go to the SM AURA registration center to claim singlets by tomorrow, April 10.Despite a well-placed plan, we are faced with space and security constraints.To remedy this and as part of our efforts to provide you hassle-free singlet claiming, we have made minor improvements to the schedule:

April 10 – start of singlet claiming for short-distance categories 3k, 5k and 10k.
April 12 – start of singlet claiming for long-distance categories 21k and 42k.

This arrangement aims to let the biggest bulk of claimants pass first before having the longer distance participants come to claim their singlets.

    • Hi Limuelle, that’s the attitude…Go for long distance run, at least twice a week to prepare yourself. But as always, run to train and not to strain. Always hydrate and run where there are usually no heavy fumes and vehicles to threaten you. Do not compete against others but rather beat your best time always. I hope I can still do the full marathon but I would be glad to target at least the half marathon now. See you at the finish line…

  5. Run two years ago Nat Geo, last few runners , was’nt able to get my lootbag with my wife. Ubos na raw.Maliit pa ang Lugar. What d heck, with this very bad experience will not be joining d race. Good Luck Runners. Run Fast,Run Happy.

  10. Guys, wala nang delivery ng Singlet sa bahay, ica-claim na sa March 23 sa SM Aura. Galing ako kaninang hapon doon at nagparehistro na. Ganyan na ba style nila ngayon? Nakakadismaya! Pero ang iniisip ko na lang ngayon ay magtraining for this event. In the end sana maachieved natin ang goal natin Beybeh!!

      • @ burnik and Runners..nag walk-in lang ako (on site registration). Sa mga nagreg online wala akong info regarding dyan pero kung may additional charge for the courier dapat ideliver yan sa designated places na nilagay nyo.

    • Thanks s info.. Sana lang inaupdate nila laht ng nagparegister. Pnu nmn ung hnd nakakaaalam na dpat ng pick up ung race kit? So magaantay sila sa mga bahay nila sa wala?
      Buti nalang may mga runners na may kusang magbigay ng update.
      As organizers reponsibility nila na bigyan ng heads up mga participants.. Panu kung may lakad ka ng march 23? Or may pasuk s trabaho?

      Very un-organize and unprofessional!
      Sana lang makabawi sila on the run day..
      Pero wag ng mag expect..

    • Pano yong delivery charges na binayaran namin? Sobra naman yan? kaya nga nagbayad kami para maiwasan ang pila pila eh? tapos…

    • Waaah ang gulo nila. We registered last March 4.. sabi sa’min March 15 naman ang claiming namin ng singlet. I hope magkaiba tayo ng claiming dates because mas nauna kami mag reg ano? Pag nagpunta kami don at walng singlet… &%$t talaga!

    for online registrants and those who register at SM Aura from March 1-4
    (12nn cut-off), We will start the delivery of the race kits (for online)
    and singlets (for onsite) on March 10, 2014. For on site registrants
    beyond March 4 we will schedule a pick-up date of the shirts. Online
    registrants will still have their race kits and singlets delivered.

  17. Sa mga tatakbo ng 42k at 21k. Magdala po tayo ng ilaw. Ang dilim sa may libingan ng mga bayani area hanggang heritage.. Madilim din s may american cementery. Duda akong makapaglalagay sila ng ilaw s ganung kahabang part na madilim.

    Tumakbo ako kahapon sunday 4am sa area na yan..
    Advised lang po. At gudlak stin happy and safe running.

    please be informed that for the 21km and 42km run category, there will be finisher’s medal, freebies from sponsors and finisher’s shirt. Items are still subject to change without prior notice. For 3km, 5km and 10km run category, only freebies will be given since there will be no timing chip for these categories

    • what do they means “Items are still subject to change without prior notice”? meaning pwede walang medal tapos may finisher shirt or vice versa, or worst walang finisher shirt and medal? parang malabo yata yung ganun ah!

    • just registered today at sm aura, march 11, guys few slots na lang available for 21k , 250 slots na lang, kaso babalik pa ko march 30 for pick-up, ganun daw talaga para makuha mo singlet mo, bumalik ka ehehe

  27. seriously? why did they charge extra 125php if they wont deliver.. hay when money talks nga naman! sana they confirm na we still have to go to SM aura for claiming napaka hassle… for the love of running…….

    Sa post s taas sbi ang start ng delivery is March 10.

  53. Malas ko talaga noong NatGeo 2012, Registration fee for 21k was P1,500.00. And what I got after finishing was a small medal and 1 bottled water. =(

  54. Na-deliver na sakin today yung singlet ko. Problem is, they sent me a SMALL singlet while i specifically asked for a LARGE sized when i registered online. Anybody willing to swap sizes with me? Meet-up at marikina or malate/CCP complex area. pls email me [email protected]

  55. grabe naman! mag reg pa naman sana ko sa sunday for 21k ubos na agad??? naubusan na nga ko sa run united pati ba naman dito??? waaaaah! please…sana po mag open pa ng slot for 21k, pa-bday nyo na sakin…

    • same here mam, naubos na nga daw sa 21K and i heard that pati 10K, close na! try mo po ung contact mo and some good samaritan will informed you. kindly kung nakakuha ka kasi naghahanap din ako ng 21K. regards

      • naku jo mukhang wala na tayong pag-asa mag open pa ang 21k..lucky for me nakatakbo ako ng 21k sa run united kahapon, it so happen na yung friend ko ay may leg pain so sakin nya pinatakbo. bday gift nya na raw sakin..but i still want sana to run sa nat geo..it’s my first time if ever..

  60. Nakuha ko na racekit delivered sa bahay… Kinda disappointed sa singlet quality and mejo maliit ang sukat. Pero ayos na din..

  61. Me too. Mali ung size ng singlet na nadeliver sa akin. Large ung nareceive ko but I registered online Medium size.

  65. It’s weird, I registered online on March 1 and still have not received the racekit. But my friend registered just last week and she already received her singlet. oh well wait na lang muna but this is not a great start for a race… magulo distribution…

Deliver po sana natin ng maayos ang mga singlet po sa expected date n sinabi nyo NATGEO, kasi we expect 15th march, till now wala pa rin po hapon na!, kaya nga nagregister kami ng maaga, tapos ganito pa delay oh baka hindi pa namin makuha or mali ang papadala nyo sa amin, ayusin nyo po sana ang distribution…

    • same here! 2nd day ako ngregister tapos hanggng ngayun wala pa din nadating..kakabwisit na..kala ko darating na ngayun ung delivery..baka lalo pa ko mabwisit kapag mali pa yung size ng dumating!

  67. wala pa singlet ko nauna pa ung kapit bahay namin na nag reg march 9 ako march 2 nag reg tapos tumawag me LBC wala daw name ko sa mga bibigyan nila nang deliver PLS paki ayos naman!

  70. sir, good day po, maaga po ako nag register sa mismong SM Aura… ask ko lng po kung kelan ang dating ng singlet… sabi po sa akin ipapadala na lang dito sa bahay namin… but til now wala pa po… nagantay din po ako ng email from the organizer to feed us any developments pero wala pa rin po… sana lng po ay maipadala na po or kung for pick up naman just email na lng po sa laonglaan_9@yahoo,com… may trabaho din po kasi ako at sana naman ay huwag na po na magkaroon ng abala sa pagkuha… willing naman po ako kunin ng personal kung hindi na maipapadala dito sa bahay yung sunglet sana lng ay magsend na lng po kayo ng information para hindi po nangangapa ang mga nag register… salamat po ng marami…hope the problem be resolved as soonest possible time po…

  71. Mukhang pare-pareho po kami ng concern sa mga previous post. I also want to follow up the delivery of our singlets and race kits. Marami po kaming iniregister ng friend namin. We are all working in one school. Bakit po kaya isa lang, yung kanya lang, ang dumating? Please let answer our inquiry soon, or it would be best if you can send the singlets and kits asap.   77. second day pa ako ngpa reg pero wala pa din yung singlet.. npaka ganda ng serbisyo nila wala man lang reply sa email.. pwede pa ako nitong umulit nextyear… hahahaha

  79. got my singlet.. however, race kit i received was for 10K route. i only registered and paid for 5K. The Secretariat is yet to respond on my concern.

  83. My brod and I registered on March 1, lesson learned sa RU1 (di ako nakasali). Kit ng brod ko (10k) was delivered on March 12 while mine (21k)was March 15, correct singlet sizes as indicated in the registration info. Same date registered but different date delivered. Bacoor, Cavite area. LBC.

    • buti pa sayu dumating na bacoor area din ako kaso wala padin yung akin. wat tym dumating singlet mo? gusto ko na makuha yung akin

  95. May picture po ba ng EDR Technical Shirt? Meron po ba talaga neto or false advertisement lang?

    Sana sulit yung technical shirt sa price ng registration.
