according to 711, as of dec 03 only the following 15 branches of 711 can accept our payment due to the reactivation of their topup and text-a-pin system daw.

Registered na kmi ni boyfie =), malapit lang sa office kaya walang hassle, waiting na lang for racekit claiming,, sana lahat ng run ganito, dun ka na lang magbabayad at kukunin un racekit sa pinakamalapit na store sau,, para hayahay naman ang mga runners!

Hello to all organizer, I am interested to join this event (7/11 RUN 1000) but i am still here in abroad and hopefully i will be in Manila, Philippines on 1 January 2014, but according to the information I read, the last date of registration is until 31 Dec. 2013, Please advise if there will be late registration for this event. Please reply! Thank you!
Hi Sir I advice you to register early and have your registration paid by a relative or a friend here in the Philippines. You cannot be assured of the December 31 registration deadline, it can end as early as December 15 if their prefer number of participants is met. Hope this helps.

Jan. 5 po ang releasing ng singlet(check their site). And kung san k ngpaid ng reg fee, dun din iclaim ang singlet. :)

I asked the organizers of the run thru their facebook account about the rule:
2.10, “A runner may NOT use a personal music system, e.g. iPod, or a radio communication device, including a cellular phone, whilst running.
Here is their response:
We cannot allow music gadgets for safety purposes, as runners might not hear the instructions from marshals. Thank you.

The last time i run 21k on cavitex it was a disaster, lack of hydration and medics. I hope this will not happen on this run…

Itatanong ko lang… aksi mejo walang detail na ibinigay about dito. Gusto ko lang ma clarify yung sizes ng finisher’s shirt. Kasi kung susundin nmain yung measurements na inilaan sa mga singlets, maaring kasya talaga samin. Like me na kumuha ng M size na singlet. Paano yung sa shirt? Pareho lang ba sila ng measurements? Kasi narinig ko las time na ordinary shirt lang yung quality, kung ganun lang din, dapat Small ang size ko sa shirt. Kasi kung M din yung size na ibibigay sakin, hindi kasya yun, masyado malaki. Paki clarify namn kung paano yung shirt claiming after ng race. THANKS in advance po admins.

I just got a text na delayed daw to Jan16 yung claiming ng race kit. As early as November pa ako nag register. Ano nangyari doon sa registration is open “until supplies last”, so apparently wala pang race kits until matapos registration, at regardless kung nauna ka mag register, sabay sabay lahat bago nila i-release. Sobra hassle na nga maghanap ng 7-11 na gumagana yung registration, ngayon ilang araw bago yung event, doon lang pwede kunin yung race kit. Imbes na magpahinga sa Jan 18 before ng race, dadayuhin ko pa Munoz from Cainta para kunin ang race kit ko.

Okay I got my race kit today. But what’s with the 7-11 crew?! Nung magbabayad ako dati, yung una store sabi yung sytem nila naka down sa lahat ng 7-11 stores at pinapabalik ako kinabukasan. Lumipat ako sa ibang store at sabi di raw nila alam kung paano gamitin yung system nila. Buti sa pangatlo na store gumagana at marunong sila gumamit, pero nung kukunin ko na kanina sabi nila di nila alam kung paano mag print nung acknowledgement receipt at pinapabalik na lang ako. Pinatawagan ko pa yung manager nila, at ayun nalaman nila kung paano. Grrr!
Got my singlet kit. may instruction mismo dun sa ibibigay sayo na lalagyan ng singlet at race bib. eto yun Cashier Instruction : 1. Scan Barcode (asa instructionmissmo yung barcode) 2. proceed to payout (wala ka na babayaran) 3. give receipt and package to customer. better tawag ka muna sa store kung saan ka nag reg asa online naman yun. tingin ko rin kase tinatamad lang yung iba or di nila alam gawin kaya sinasabi nila na down yung system kaya naka ilang store rin ako at nag ulit ng online registration bago nakapag bayad.

I also received a text message saying the claiming was moved on January 16.
Earlier about about 5am after i ran, i decided to drop by in the 7-11 store were i paid the registration (nasa kanto lang nmn ehh) and my RACE KIT was there ready for pick-up.
So i got my racekit! you may also try to double check it in the store were you paid the registration.
