IMHO a unique value proposition must be provided to convince runners to support this running event. Remember that running within UP Diliman campus remains FREE 24/7.

Hello! The UP DilimRun is the first costume fun run in the Philippines. Runners are encouraged to come in their costume. There will be halloween themed decorations and scarers throughout the Academic Oval. FIRST costume fun run in the Philippines? Not really. Adobo Run After Dark, Outbreak, etc have been doing that for years.
What’s the unique selling point of this run? Wala mang beneficiary. =(
