  22. Grabe sabi sa receipt and announcement today makukuha ang racekit ang dami ng tao sa moa tapos mag announce kyo ng bukas i rerelease why so late? Dont you know that we have work too and we tale effort for this? Isa
    Pa we did online registration 50 additional then perwisyo ang bubungad sa amin!!! Were is your good service runrio ?

  24. You people are so inconsiderate naman you stamped our reciepts na kit claiming today sa moa, we show up there tapos wala naman kayo! Isipin nyo naman ginagawa nyo co’z a lot of people showed up to claim their kits including me pagkatapos yyou change the date without texting us personally! Sabi ninyo to accompdate people who cannot claim their kots on a weekday so ypi adjusted the date w/ o even thinking paano yung mga nasabihan na 16 ang claiming. Another waste of time and money for us!

  26. HIndi na ako sasali dito sa mga susunod na taon. Sana kung babaguhin nila yung claiming ng racekit from October 16 -18 to 17-18 dapat mag-email or magtxt man lang. Para hindi nasasayang ang oras ng mga pupunta ng 16! Yung isang araw na difference ay BIG Deal!

    • Correct Mel. They should have informed us.. Tandaan nyo na kami ang tumatangkilik ng mga patakbo nyo… At tandaan nyo din na hindi lang kayo ang nagpapatakbo ngayon… So ayusin nyo sana serbisyo nyo saming mga runners… Kami nagbabayad ng mahal na registration fee to get a good service from you guys.. Gabi na lang hina highblood pako sa inyo!

      • Paputa na kami ng hubby k yesterday sa moa then we called riovanna to ask if ok na singlet. Nalipat pala today so buti na lang kase super traffic na layo pa fr our place. Then sabi ng riovanna staff eh inannounce daw nila sa fb tagal na na parang nagulat pa bat d namin alam. Tama ba yun?

  28. Sabi sa tatak sa recipt ang claiming dates 16-18. Here sa moa to get sana my racekit pero walang tao. Asked somebody from toby’s and sabi na move daw!?!? Ano ba yan runrio, please consider yung travel time and time nung mga taong nagpunta ngayon dito.. Siguraduhin nyo lang na sufficient yung number of singlets nyo with the corresponding sizes namin pag nag claim kami…. Hay…. REXONA WON’T LET YOU DOWN DAW???? Sorry ha pero kailangan ko lang ilabas sama ng loob ko… Grrrrrr

  31. Grabe ung ginawa nla ngyon sobrang abala. Super traffic sa edsa pra lng mka rating ng Moa to get the race kit tpos ganun ang da2tnan mo ung laruan nung mga bata ung may hangin sa loob! Balak ko sana pasukin ung loob bka nandun Lng ung mga stuff ng riovana bka sakali makuha ko dun ung race kit. Sobrang ng lambot tlga ko kc ung traffic na binuno ko dun sa edsa hanggang moa tlaga nman isu2mpa mo. Well, anyway guys, nag labas lng tlga ko ng sama ng loob sa ngyari. Napaka unprofessional tlga nla!

    Tapos nakareceive ako ng txt around 5 pm with same details kya di ako nag aksaya pa nag magclaim kahapon.

    dun sa mga nagpunta at nagsabe na di sila nitxt or ni email, check nyo po kung tama un details n nilagay nyo sa registration nyo. isa pa eh check muna un event details sa Runrio pra mas updated kau. syang din kc un ipinunta nyo.

    • Ok naman ang nilagay kong details sa registration ko. In fact, I received the reminders on October 16, pero too late na. Yung friend ko, naka-receive ng e-mail last October 16, gaya rin ng na-receive mo, except that the claiming dates indicated in his e-mail were 16 to 18 October. I checked sa runrio site before going to MOA, walang nabago. Anyway, sabi ng SM MOA admin, the claiming was never scheduled on the 16th, pero this week lang tayo in-inform. Just sayin’…

  38. Guys nag comment ako d2 nun Oct 14 na binago un date ng claiming of kit, also Mr PF did not update this site. As a runner dapat aware din tau like checking the rio fb page, check runrio site and etc…

    • yan kc ang hirap satin mga pinoy. inuuna kc ang reklamo. nkkapag comment naman d2 sa PF pero magcheck ng details di magawa. tapos d2 maglalabas ng sama ng loob at isisi sa organizer. hayahay.. nwei.. krapatan nyo nman yan kya lng sana next time eh magcheck muna. sayang lng un effort nyo pag punta dun sa MOA ayan tuloy nga nga kayo.

      • Mr.run2dmax, nka ta2k kc sa resibo 16,17,18 ang claiming ng race kit. Isa pa obligasyon nla na itxt ang mga runner kung may nabago man dhil ang cellphone khit sn ka mg punta dala ng tao yan.

      • Lesson learned: Magcheck muna ng update a day prior ng Kit Claiming para di na maulet ung nangyare. May mga susunod pa na event n kung saan eh may kit claiming din kya mag check muna mga katakbuhan. sayang kc ang effort at pamasahe. wag umasa sa tatak sa resibo. :)

        Di ko lang po alam kung bkit ako eh nakareceive ng email sa Organizer at nakareceive din ng txt from them. Kaya pag nagreg kayo eh ensure nyo na completely filled up ung forms nyo. para makapag feedback sa inyo ang organizers.

      • dami nagrereklamo na nalipat yung date ng claim.. minsan magcheck din ng NET o mag mall libre WIFI dun hehehe.. daming nagrereklamo.. makikita mo sa post na nasa MOA na sila via MOBILE hehehe.. meron pang reg try nyo din mag load minsan para macheck nyo ang mga pangyayari.. hehehehe.. PEACE

      • mr run2dmax, ang mga participants pla may kasalanan? masyado mo nman pinagtatanggol organizers nito kahit obvious nman kung sino may pgkukulang..

  42. Hmmmmmm. Okay naman ang race kit claiming. Mahaba ang pila pero pagpasok mo sa claiming area mabilis. Madaming tao kasi first day of claiming. Advantage kasi maayos at nasa tamang proceso ang pag claim, parang NSO birth certificate. Disadvantage kasi talagang maglalaan ka ng kalahating araw para sadyain ang MOA. Kung malayo ka, talagang perwisyo talaga. Mukhang ganito na ata ang magiging sistema next year.

  48. kala ko madali makuha race kit sa pila ok naman, but nung kukunin kna kit nawawala yong name ko kala kba organize talaga hirap mas maganda pa yong ibang nasalihan ko pag nag pa register ka kuha agad kit nila.

  51. Wala namang akong naging problema sa claiming. Around 2 PM ako nag-claim and halos walang pila. Nothing special naman sa venue. Sa uulitin wag na ganyan ha. Ibalik sa dating sistema na lang or else di na ako uulit.

  55. Personally, I was amazed that smooth naman yung releasing of kit. I was expecting the worst and it turned out ok (not great but ok). Sandali lang ako pumila and got my Kit agad. This is way much better than Adidas KOTR na super perwisyo!

    I even got the chance to played on the Xbox running game. LOL

    Sana ganito din (or mas better) sa releasing ng New Balance Kit!!! Happy running on Sunday!!! Good Vibes..

  56. Smooth naman pag claim ko kanina around 2PM.. Traffic sa EDSA? oo naman hahaha.. palage naman e.. kaya sa Bus na ko natulog.. Night Shift kasi.. May nag text din saken regarding sa date ng pag claim last week pa and nasa runrio page naman din yung details na naadjust yung schedule ng pag claim..

    advice lang dun sa iba, always check yung official site ng runrio kasi iba pong site ito and hindi connected ang runrio dito.. so yung details dito pwedeng out-dated..

    • organizer ang my kasalanan, dpat cla ngreach out sa mga nagregister re sa binago nilang sched ng claiming of racekits! kse cla nagbigay ng orig sched tapos bigla nilang babaguhin! sobrang hassle lalo sa mga malalayo ang inuuwian!

      • Tama ka mr neg. hndi kc naranasan ni run2dmax ung naranasan ng mga runners kya Kung mg salita sya baliwala lng sa kanya. Mr run2dmax, isipin mo din na Hindi isa o dlawa lng ang nkaranas na pumunta dun sa moa at wlng naabutan. Npaka daming pumunta dun at ung iba galing pa ng laguna at cavite kya wg mo ng ipag tanggol ung pgka2 Mali ng organizer.

  57. Got my Rexona Run Racekit yesterday… OK na Ok naman ang system ng claiming. Dumating ako mga 4PM kahapon walang gaanong pila kasi mga 14 counters ata ang meron. In less than 10 minutes nakuha ko na yung 4 na racekits that I’m claiming… No problem sa claiming ang mahirap lang yung separate registration and claiming which is loss of time and another gastos sa pagpunta kasama na din pagod…

  63. october 16 nagtext ang runrio sa akin na namove ang registration ng october 17-18-19.. a week before october 16, chineck ko din ang page ng runrio para sa claiming date, at nakita ko ngang october 17-19 ang claiming ng kits.. sa stamp nila upon registration ko october 16 ung nilagay nila.. feeling ko nagkulang sila sa announcement.. kaya ang daming nagpunta sa moa nung 16.

Hi, I runned 21km but sadly after the run i haven’t received my Finisher Shirt they said that they runned out of stock now they just get our numbers and the coupon of the Finisher Shirt we hoped that they would really contact us because we were more than 100 runners haven’t received our shirts after the run. We hope they could really provide the shirts for us.. some of the runners were 1st timer 21km runners so they also complained about it and also hoped they really receive their finisher shirts..
