Eyewear from Oakley is highly coveted by collectors and enthusiasts alike. One of the distinguishing factors the company has is that it creates its own materials for many of the products, which gives Oakley glasses its quality and durability. Those in the ‘ultimate eyewear’ category (in my eyes, at least) boast Switchlock technology, allowing you to change lenses quickly and efficiently. When every second counts, this hardware feature is something that can only be appreciated once experienced. More than a few of the models, including those for casual wear, sport O-Matter material, a super lightweight but strong and durable composite used to create Oakley frames. The finishes on the eyewear lend great texture as well.
