Before and After

Hard work, sacrifices and determination… before i was 200 lbs, waistline 38 to 40 inches, I borrowed shoes, kahit mas malaki sa akin ok lang basta makatakbo ako, wala pa kasi akong pambili noon ng running shoes.
Before gusto ko na sanang huminto sa pagtakbo kasi ang sakit sakit na ng paa ko at katawan ko pero hindi ko pa rin makita yung resulta sa araw araw kong pagtakbo. Akala ko wala talagang nangyayari. Wala na yata akong pag asang pumayat, pero pinag patuloy ko padin.
But slowly, after 6 months of running nakita ko na yung malaking pagbabago. From 200 lbs I am now 145 lbs, from a waistline of 40 inches I am down to 31 inches. Hindi na ako nanghihiram ng sapatos kasi nakabili na ako ng sarili kong running shoes.
Na-achieve ko na yung goal ko na maging fit and healthy pero this is not the end, tatakbo pa rin ako hanggat kayo ko.
Running is who I am and who I want to be. My story is simple, running works if you want to lose weight, you just have to work for it, make sacrifices and be determined to reach your goal. — END
