Hindi naman marami ang sumasali sa triathlon events para mababaan nang husto ang fees.
uhm… mahal po talaga ang registration fee sa isang triathlon event (the sport itself is very expensive)… mura na po yang reg fee of USD 150 (other 5150 events na nakita ko e nasa USD 165) ^_^ for the sake of curious people, pwede nyo po i-check yung ironman 70.3 — ang registration fee ata dito e USD 225 for individual and USD 325 for relay…. :)

sa mga ganitong event ba sir may ma rentahan ng bika sa site?
If you are planning to join this event with a rented bike, might as well not. This is a hard sports specially when you are not well comfortable of your gears. That is why triathletes invest in good gears from wetsuits, well fitted tri-bikes to good running shoes. Yup, this is an expensive sports. Might as well try doing short distance and local races, which the registration fee is not this high. Most of these local races permit any type of bikes, even folding bikes. If you like to pursue the sport, then start investing in the gears.
