Not necessarily. Merong nagbu-buy and sell dahil alam nilang mabenta. Meron ding mga nagbebenta dahil hindi makakatakbo sa mismong race dahil sa injury o ibang priorities na biglang sumulpot. Generalizing sellers as “not in their right mind” therefore is incorrect.

you have to, to tide you over the distance. carbo load friday and saturday up to 4hours before the race. Lose weight during training not during the race. good luck and enjoy running!
