To improve our service to all runners & consolidate supplies, we are doing mass race kit claiming ONLY at 26th St cor 9th Ave. BGC (across Honda BGC). We have closed Adidas BGC, Trinoma & MOA claiming sites. Race kit claiming is July 2-6, 1pm-8pm – Proactive

Hindi kaya magkaproblema to pag kuha ng Race Kit??? Nag pa register ako sa Trinoma last week ginupit lang nun nag assist sa akin un Registration Form ko un lower part binigay sa akin for claiming of race kit. Yun lang daw ang ipapakita. Then i was suprised nun nabasa ko sa forum aside sa claiming stub kailangan din i present un notification sa email. Panu kung ndi ako na notify sa email medyo concern ako kasi baka hindi nila mabasa ng maayos email address ko (hindi kasi ako maganda magsulat haha). Ehh wala pa naman receipt na binibigay upon registration. Bat kasi ndi na lang nag provide ng receipt upon registration ehh at un na lang i present together with the lower part ng registration and beside wala naman sinabi sa site nila na may notification sa email even un tao na nag assist sa akin wala din sinabi…ang mahal pa naman sana hindi magkaproblema pagkuha ng Race Kit :(

Ang strict ng Adidas. When I registered, sabi ng staff I need to present the claim stub plus the confirmation e-mail sa pagclaim ng racekit. Ngaun may copy ng ID pa hehehe :))

my concern ako bout dun sa email nila na “first come first serve basis” sa pag claim ng kit, what if kada punta ko ubos na kit dahil sa dami din ng participants, and my work pa ako so gabi na tlaga ako makakapunta? what if kahit araw-arawin ko ay ganun at ganun mangyari, so hindi ko maclaim yung kit kahit nagregister? dapat kapag ganyan ay may enough kit na para sa mga nakapag register na. dapat bilang nila yan. kung ilan nag register, yun din dapat amount ng kit., concerned lang kasi this happened to me before na wala nakuha kit kahit nauna na nagregister dahil lagi naubusan., buti kung mura lang yan.

To be honest it’s so disappointing… you should’ve advised that there are just a certain number of slots to be filled in for KOTR that should coincide with the registration dates you’ve given. Not even a note even on your website, what a total waste of time going to the mall for the registration just to know that there are no slots left :(
