good cause. it’s a week before Condura!

Ayos toh ah.. pwede ako mag 16k dito tapos week after Condura naman..

Caliraya ng sabado taz enviro run ng linggo. Sakto to sa prep ko sa condura hahaha

Maiba naman ng venue. This will be my first run for 2013 (kung cancel na tlga yung 7-11 run) :).

Waahhh. Nasa Subic International Marathon ako nito. Sayang…

makukuha na agad singlet kapag nag-early bird?

ano po ung singlet? first time ko lang po kasi sasali sa ganitong event eh

any feedback sa organizers? gunstart, hydration, marshalls? nevermind with the freebies… first time ko sasali sa team phoenix organized event if ever…thanks.

Galing ako sa Skechers festival mall kanina para mag early registration. walang idea ang cashier na may early registration at registration outlet sila. sayang ang oras ko at sinadya ko pa yun from Paranaque.

@jojo were very sorry sir for what happen medyo na delay yung mga forms, late night na nakaroon ng registration form, as of today all of the outlet are ready to accept early registration. thanks

i agree, early bird pa nmn pinunta ko pero wala daw cla idea. from laguna pa nmn ako, i hope ma-take in consideration effort ntin. weekends lng din ako naluwas ng laguna due to busy work.. anyways..

So far ok yun last run organized by team Phoenix, not the best but good…you can check feedbacks sa phoenix run, madami dami naman yun happy, as you can see wala sya masyadong sponsor, so not much freebies/gatorade…..hopefully they will do better….. Green nanaman yun color ng singlet? mukang mahilig kayo sa green, hehe

first patakbo ng team phonix yung phoenix run cash prize nila sa 10k female winner is only 1K pesos ang reg. fee is 750 pesos ang panalo is 250 pesos eh nagkumyut pa at nag breakfast sa fastfood na malapit sa venue kinulang pa this is the second event nila sa mga filipino runners at mga kenyan runners na habol lang ay ang cash prize sorry di kayo kikita sa run na ito mga tol .

I went to Sketcher’s Festival last Dec. 5 and wala pa din daw. They took note of my mobile number and told me that they will send me an SMS. Up to now, there’s no SMS

@organizers, may chance pb ihabol ung registration ko for personalized bib? early december kc lumuwas ako alabang pero wala dw cla idea about this run, i just registered last sunday and wala na personalized bib, minsan lng ako lumuwas kc from laguna.

Yes will be joining, but let be talk a little about hypokalemia( mababa Potassium) and Hyperkalemia( Sobrang Potassium). Do you know that potassium is one of the ingredients used in lethal injection to stop the heart, of course you would need gallons of gallons of electrolyte drink, so don’t horde the pocari sweat. Org. put it in a cup para meroon kaming mabagal at people with hyperhydrosis(sobrang sweating). It depends on the person,electrolyte status,gender, stress (galing ba sa sakit),taking Vitamins with minerals,took alcohol the day before the race,some may cause dehydration(Ihi nang Ihi), sickness like Diabetes, Kidney problems etc, etc.

Matagal na pong lumabas yung design ng finisher’s shirt. Hindi nga lang inupdate dito. Pero you can check their FB fanpage, andun na po yung design. :)

Madami sana kaming gustong tumakbo sa Envirorun, ilang beses na kaming pabalik balik sa skechers sa ermita manila (robinson), sabi magkakaroon daw ng bib at singlet, wala pa din, may nakasabay kaming kumukuha ng bib at singlet, EARLY BIRD DAW SILA tapos sabi ng skechers wala pa din,bumalik ulit kami, tumawag pa before going, sabi daw may singlet na.pagdating doon tinatanong kami if kami daw yun nagpareserve ng 10, sabi namin 5 lang, pero di kami yung sinasabi niyang name….ibig sabihin bukod sa 10 wala na silang ibang bib at stock na singlet iin case na may gusto pang magperegister..frustrated na kami at umalis.yung EARLYBIRD NGA di pa nakukuha yung singlet eh jan17 na. mukhang di organize ang organizer dito.sayang naman sa mga gusto pang tumakbo.frustrated.

early bird din ako…nakuha ko last week yung singlet… di masyadong maganda pero ok na rin…yung bib namin may pangalan….yun lang …ang sabi sa amin… wala namang sinabi kung pwede pang humabol kasi medyo late na ang bigay ng mga race pack….good luck guys ….sana makakuha pa yung mga humahabol

Yup,di nga maganda ang singlet, actually yung large sakto sana sa amin kaso bitin yung haba…di na kami humabol, were so frustrated the they handle things…

sayang gusto pa naman sanang humabol dito. pahinga na lang muna siguro ako sa fun run this week.

Dami negative comments hehe… it’s really an advantage when you register early… I had no problem when I claimed mine more than 2 weeks ago.. para di magkahassle sa kits try nyo lang magregister ng maaga…

sa Sunday na ito…. sipag tumawag ng organizer.. hehehehe
