sa totoo lang oks talaga ang Ensure magpatakbo….libre na maayos pa…..yung sa Ensure product lang ako nabigla kasi kala ko yung powdered pa rin ang ibibigay ninyo….pero oks na rin yon….Great job guys.

This event is full of awesomeness. Andaming chicks along the run. Hehe. Kahit first time ko mag-commute papuntang BGC, naka-abot pa rin sa last 5min gunstart for 15k. Wala ng warm-up2, takbo agad. Haha.

Salamat sa event na ito. Sana next year meron ulit! Thanks sa giveaways and congrats sa mga nanalo especially sa mga oldies! Pinatunayan nyo na hindi hadlang ang edad sa pagtakbo. :)

bro mark tama ka dyan, pero wala ako idea… after kasi na tumakbo eh nanuod pa ako awarding kasi nag 1st place yung friend ko na lalake sa 10k… nagulat ako ng hindi umakyat mrs mo since ilang beses na syang tinawag… may cash prize giveaways etc… try to coordinate sa runrio kung bakit nagkaganun… sayang din yun…

it was my 2nd run and we had fun (w/ my bro. who is running for the 1st time)…as early as 2 am gising na kami para sa byahe kc we’re coming from Batangas…. kulang lang un eco bag kaya we have to carry our cans on hand pauwi…..anyway thanks ensure…dahil sa inyo nakapunta ulit ako bgc after 14 years hehehe

bro… nextime pag close to top 3 eh try to coordinate sa timing… kasi kahit na binigyan ng ID na top finisher eh may sumasablay may nadidisqualified etc… hopefully makuha nyo yun sayang ang daming ensure ang sarap pa naman… :-)

would like to commend the organizer of this evnt
particularly the security group
after i ran the 10k i proceed to the parking area
to change clothes
i saw a man
in a barong clad
beside my wagon and ask him what makes him standing there
he told me that my wagons window is opoen
and told me if there were items missing
made an ocular inspection and everythingnis in place
no more no less
way to go to the security group
;-)

nakakalungkot naman ang nangyari sa race result…
yung ibang organizer na for example yung withoutlimits maximum of 2days may result na… yung strider after lunch or hapon during event eh meron na rin… yung timing ng runrio may konting problema…

last RU2 is 10mins late yung time nila sa MOA compare sa BGC
yung sa milo 21k bacolod leg eh halos 3/4 ang walang timing talaga…
ngayon ito namang ensure wala rin…
hopefully hindi na ito mangyari sa mas malalaki pang event like RUPM or MILO FINALS…

1 week after the race…wala pa ding race result ang Ensure?

Hindi porket libre tong run na to, wala na kayong pakealam sa result. Ang runners, importante ang bawat result ng bawat race nila. Run Rio and Ensure, wake up!!! Wag nyong sirain yung magagandang feed back sa inyo ng mga runners.

dami nga talaga nagmamahal kay afro rio.. dami ding comments kaya sa RUPM.. well.. everybody is entitled to his own opinion.. opinion nyo yan e.. basta alam ko sumablay sya d2 sa ensure..

@Caliente… everybody has the right to his own opinion naman po, sorry rin kung mali ang pagkakaalam ko, support lang ang runrio sa ensure kaya rin nag iikot si rio that time sa pagkakaalam namin… parang nun condura lang support/partner lang ang runrio at eventking..
