  1. this will be my third milo 21k run this year. hopefully next year, i can already run a full marathon and join the other provincial legs as well.

  2. Late confirmation or delay lang talaga, nag reg nako online for 21k wala pa email confirmation dati meron agad. Pero sayang exclusive lang yung 42k sa mga qualifier first FM ko sana. Wait muna baka ma double reg ako. :)

  3. Ito ang run na mura na panalo pa lahat.. join ako dito kahit alam ko na hindi ko mahihigitin yung unang 21k ko dito.. hehe.. join na din kayo..

  4. question lang sa mga nagpa register dati ng online na maramihan at pareho naman yung address na nilagay, same lang ba ang delivery charge or kada 1 register runner may charge ang delivery? mahirap kasi magpareg sa in-store reg nila eh, salamat sa sasagot

  5. Given that this is the finals, does that mean even in the short distances – 3k, 5k or even the 10k, only qualifiers from the elimination races can participate?

    2hours:30minutes cut off time ng 21K. finish beyond that time, no medal and considered DQ.

    Last eliminations mejo strict sila sa policy na yan. Ewan ko lang ngaung finals na kc sayang naman pag may mga natira pang medal, e next year 37th na ang nakaengrave. Baka ipamigay na nila lahat ng stock nilang medals as long as may abutan pa ang runners beyond the 2:30 mark. BUT i-target pa rin ang 2:30 below finish para sure. Kaya mo yan!

    First time ko to join dati nag alala talaga ako na di makapasok sa cutoff time, tapos un pagdating ko ng finish line sinabitan ako ng medal, 2:16 official time ko. The rest is history… :)

  7. @mottaka 220 grams need EACH registration
    @eugene sa 5K and 3K po inclusive na dun ang singlet and bib. mind you, walang baggage counter in that category.
    @pinoyavenger sa 21K po of course may singlet pero usually mas maganda ang quality nya compared sa 5K and 3K category.

    sulit to, walang talo. wait na lang tayo ng details about sa store registration kung saan saan available. im sure there’s one in Toby’s MOA…
    mag early register na po as early as monday oct 29 para di maubusan. see you on the road!

  8. Open sa lahat ang 5 to 21 na categories. May list sa milo ang pwedeng tumakbo ng 42k na categ. Pero kung may kakilala kayo na elites, maraming namimigay ng bibs sa starting line. Dami rin kasi qualified kaso hindi makatakbo ng 42k. Ang problema kasi kung hindi naitakbo yung bib, pwedeng ma ban sa milo for 1 year.

  9. nakakadalawang isip sumali ngayun sa milo…, compare last year nung 1st akong mag run ng 21k sa finals i received a bigger medal and mas maraming laman n lootbag. sana naman magkasingtulad ung medal last yr. ung may pagka broze . pati ung lootbag sachet ung laman.

  10. nakapagparegister ako kanina lang sa toby’s moa. tumawag muna ako bago pumunta para magtanong kung open na, ayun open na nga daw. di ko nacheck iyong quality ng singlet para sa mas mataas na category kasi pang 5k lang ang niregister ko. ok naman para sa aking iyong singlet na nakuha ko.

    @marj, lakad takbo ka na lang kung di talaga pwede nang 3k sa adult. pwede naman iyon pero dun lang sa side para di harang sa mga tumatakbo. ako ganun din ang ginagawa ko.

  13. just registered kanina sa toby’s moa. wala pang nagparegister pagdating ko dun, i guess di pa talaga informed ang runners about sa store registration sites OR nasa bakasyon na kasi mag uundas na. same singlet and hand book and race guides. ung may chance mag paregister eh samantalahin nyo na para sure ang slot nyo at ma motivate mag train ng seryoso :)

    ay wait. pwede bang mas malaki sa 220 grams yung dalhin? meron kasi kami kaso 1000grams ata yun.

    Thanks! Yup, training lang talaga kailangan! Slowly getting there – 2:35 in RU3 (1st 21K), 2:30 in RUPM (could be 2:28 chip time).

    Walang finisher kit sa 10K. 21K (lootbag) at 42K (lootbag, fin shirt) lang. Trust me on this. Nag-10K na kasi ako sa Milo elims. =)

    Meron race singlet. Though sabi DAW na the same lang from the Milo eliminations, pati yung medal sa 21K/42K. =)

  18. Ask ko lang kung ano kasama dun sa 5k na registration? Nabigla kasi ako na 100 lang. Hehe. May mga cut-off rin ba lahat ng distances? Thanks :) Sino may link nun handbook or parang ganun, alam ko meron na nagpost dito, di ko lang mahanap. Thanks ulet.

  19. Thank you for the reply Long hair. I have to train more for milo. My time in RUpm was 2hr. 48. I need to be 19 mins faster to reach the cut-off haha. whether with medal or not i will still run the 21k. to gain more experience. Milo will be my 2nd 21k.

  20. kaya mo yan dude. dec 9 pa naman. gawa ka ng matinding training plan na may mga tempo run, speed work (sa palagay ko sobrang mahalaga to), at long runs, try mo rin mag cross train biking at swimming (marami nagsasabi d best to kaso di naman masyado accessible) … kahit mabagal ung long runs mo, basta dapat masanay ang katawan mo ng mahabang duration na pagtakbo.

    tapos nutrition dude mahalaga yan, iwas muna sa chichirya, alak, sigarilyo, at babae hehehe.

    sacrifice ng konte sigurado maabot mo ung 2:30. after ng takbo saka ka na bumanat sa gf mo o sa asawa mo. Share ko lang, in my experience mas tumatagal ako sa kama postrun, the night of a 21K+ event. :)
