Important Notes and Reminders:
The CUT-OFF for each registration period is at 5:00PM of the last day for that period. All transactions beyond 5:00PM will be counted into the next registration period and priced accordingly.
For an entry to be deemed official, first, the registration process must be deemed completed. A COMPLETED REGISTRATION requires that the following are all complied with:
– Successfully submitted registration form.
– Payment successfully made.
– For those who made payment thru bank deposits or bank transfers, a proof of payment (e.g. deposit slip, transaction receipt) should be furnished to the Registration Committee either via email at [email protected] or thru fax at (632)4389021.
Additional person per room is Php1,800.00 (includes breakfast). Maximum number of additional persons to a room is two (2). Any participant intending to avail of this is advised to transact directly with the hotel.
Entrance fee (Day Pass) for additional guest is Php 650.00. Any participant intending to avail of this is advised to transact directly with the hotel.
Regular registration will be from August 16 to September 30, 2012.
Late registration will be accepted from October 1 to October 15, 2012.
