do you consider barefoot kung naka sandals? coz im using running sandals??? just wanna know. kung BARE talaga ang meaning nyo, yung iba kasi their telling about barefoot pero naka sapatos, barefoot daw yung shoes, ano b yun?

Our barefoot category requires 100 percent bare feet running. No socks and no sandals.

@jerry, last year lang naman nangyari yung sa QCIM 3. Iba naman ang organizer doon kaya let’s give them a chance. =)

Yung QCIM 1, maganda yung route, kaso sinarado buong Quezon Circle kaya sobrang matraffic. QCIM 2, maganda talaga yung singlet, kaso magulo sa freebies. Yung QCIM 3, pangit yung singlet, pero nagpa raffle ng condo. Walang hydration masyado. Tignan natin itong 4th edition, malay natin perfect na this time…

Kahit may imperfections, ang piinakamaganda sa lahat, bihira mo lang ma eexperience ang tumakbo sa gitna ng Commonwealth Avenue.

knowing greentenial, ice cold pocari esp sa finishline. yum! hehehehe.

FIrst time akong tatakbo ng 10k na barefoot. Need advice from elite barefoot runners diyan. The last time I ran barefooted was 5K in Avon run and I ended with a horrible map of Panay Island both on my foot.

twice plng ako nakapag barefoot, advice ko cguro forefoot strike saka mejo bend knees when running pra less impact. saka praktis ka sa aspalto, pakapalin mo balat ska mga kalyo mo sa paa, added protection un.
