Experience the pristine beauty of Itogon and take pleasure gliding the road while navigating the 26.2 miles (42.195km) long and winding, uphill and downhill marathon route. This is really a challenge for any one whether an elite or newbie runner. This is the kind of event where most runners haven’t encounter yet going by an unpolluted and car-less path, trees left and right, one or two houses only to be seen after few kilometres. The road is cemented and sandy. Nice views all around including the majestic Binga Dam. There is only one route from start to finish. No chance to lost the way. Yes fellow runners, joining the event is worth an experience. Lots of thrill. Loaded with ecstasy. Filled with pleasure.

Hi, as written challenging ang ruta. Ultra runners had a dry run and quipped “Maganda ang rutang ito. Ayos”. Tama ka jan Angelo. I tell you guys this is something new…. not a trail but as you fly, the more you get excited….

Maganda yung route dyan… baka ngayon tapos na yung daan… Huli akong nakapunta sa Tinongdan nung Feb 2012 para sa akyathlon.
Malinis yung hangin at sarap takbuhan.
Issue lang eh may area na matarik at manipis ang hangin.
Nakasali na rin ako sa patakbo ng renderfarm, yung baguio 21k nung 2011, ayos naman sila mag organize ng race.

Renderfarm is a good organizer. I have ran in their first organized marathon, the Baguio 21K last 2011, which I truly enjoyed. Sayang lang yung this year ay hindi ako nakasali. If may budget pa, will be joining this event.
