The Clinical Pharmacy Society (UST – CPS) is a highly recognized organization in the University of Santo Tomas, Faculty of Pharmacy in Espana, Manila. The organization promotes the lifestyle development of the residents of the different adopted communities, namely: Barangay Ramirez and Barangay Urdaneta, Magallanes, Cavite, and Purok 12, Commonwealth, Quezon City through the different clinics: Dengue Clinic, Diabetes Clinic, Hypertension Clinic, Women’s Health Clinic, Men’s Health Clinic, Geriatric Clinic, Pediatric Clinic, Renal Clinic and Tuberculosis Clinic.
These clinics adopt a certain community and provide different programs that educate the communities about the different diseases and help prevent these diseases by incorporating the residents to take a pro-active role in their well-being.
This fund raising event will fuel the very essence of CPS- UST.

We regret to inform you that REGISTRATION FOR LACEUP2012 is NOW CLOSED, TODAY, SUNDAY AUGUST 26. We have reached 100% registration. Final orders for race bibs and singlets have been sent to our suppliers for production.
In line with this, there will be STRICTLY NO SIZE EXCHANGES on claiming of singlets. We have ordered an exact amount of singlets for the participants and the suppliers cannot guarantee that the extra orders will be able to be completed on time.
Distribution of bibs and singlets for those who paid ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 17 will start on TUESDAY, AUGUST 28 at the PHARMACY ORG ROOM, FIRST FLOOR MAIN BUILDING UST from 1pm to 4pm. A schedule of claiming for Wed, Thur, and Friday will follow.
Singlet and bib claiming for those who have paid AFTER AUGUST 17 will be the race day itself, SUNDAY SEPT 2, 2012 since the supplier will only be able to finish the large volume of orders by Saturday evening. We HIGHLY ADVISE the participants to come early for claiming of singlets on SUNDAY, SEPT 2 from 5:00-5:30AM at the UST Plaza Mayor. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
