Anyone here interested to take a look at the trails of Lamesa Forest Reserve before the event? I am looking for companions or anybody na pwedeng sabayan atleast 5 members because they charge Php200/head for entrance. We can meet in UP just pm me. Thank you.

this is a trail run/trail bike race. only mountain bikes are allowed.

there is open for age groupers also not just elite

Salamat po sir/mam sa map, sa bike po ba me kailangang sukat ng gulong or kahit ano basta kayang mag bike.. isa papong tanong me mga paakyat po ba sa 25km bike… salamat and GOD BLESS US po ulit…

Hi Ron, based on the map, sloping yung daan uphill and downhill kaya nga I’m looking for bike buddies to see the place sana before the event atleast para ma-familiarize sa trail. Baka interested ka we need atleast 5 members para sa P200 pesos entrance fee plus bring lots of water.

Meron bang bike rental on site for this event? Hopefully meron para ma-accommodate kaming mga beginners and those people who won’t bring their own bike…

@Janey, wala pong bike rental sa event and you have to bring your own bike. Lets ask Thumbie the event organizer if they can provide shuttle for bikes.

Jacob225 hindi ako pwede ng Saturdays kasi may trabaho ako. Sunday lang talaga ako pwede.

mga sir may softcopy po ba kayo ng registration form neto? di ko po kasi ma download sa site nila.

Sir MavR nag bayad po kasi ako sa BPI kanina… di na ko nakapunta sa registration site due to work schedule. Ginawa ko na lang nag email ako nung scanned copy nung payment receipt then i included na lang ung personal information ko. Hopefully pwede un. Nag aantay na lang ako ng reply sa kanila. Sir MavR kung sa registration site ba nag bayad may mga items ng makukuha? Like guidelines, race kits, time chips etc.?

Yes Sir pwde po yun inemail mo yung scanned copy of the receipt. Sabi ni Thumbie the organizer, i-email daw nya tayo kapag ready na for pick-up yung kit. Wala din ako nakuha when I went to bikeking .

@Paolo. Sir jacob225 & I went their for a practice nung Aug 5. May portion na single track for the bike but mostly fire road na. For the running, single track nga.

On Aug 12, our goal is to have a modified MOCK RACE, following the actual sequence of the race (6k run-25k bike-3k run).. but the difference is, may konteng PAHINGA tayo in between, para lang we can wait for everyone else, catch our breath and para sabay-sabay tayo lahat papadyak or tatakbo kada transition.

Had a wonderful practice last sunday despite the heavy rains and looking forward for another one this coming sunday. Will try the game plan of Sir Mav hehehe. Thank you bro I hope the weather will be kind to us this sunday :-)

Sir Mavs! just called Kuya Jo of Lamesa and according to him the single track is still under repair and the fire roads are too muddy not safe for bikers. :-( Ulan parin daw kasi ng ulan yung tinabon na sand naawas din.

hi everyone!

make sure you register well before the deadline on Aug. 27, 2012, Monday! list of registered racers at the end of this message and in excel file in the attachment. it will be updated in the coming days as registrations forms are collected. your race kits are already available for claiming at your respective registration sites. please call up the bike shops beforehand just to make sure, as some kits have yet to be delivered. those who paid via bank account and emailed/faxed their registration forms may request to have their race kits sent to any of the bike shop registration sites; please do inform me. it is also available at the race site, make sure you come early to avoid delays. race kits include: 1 small helmet sticker (goes on the front of helmet), 2 seat post stickers (number should be visible on both sides) and a bib number with the timing chip attached at the back. make sure you don’t leave them at home on race day: NO RACE NO., NO RESULTS! shirts available on race day!

race course map in the attachment. 1 big loop for the first run, 2 loops for the bike and 1 smaller loop for the second run.

gud pm organizers i try to register just a few hours ago and also called the BIKE KING SHOP and they told me that it’s already not accepting registrants but i told them that the deadline is AUG 27, can anyone help me to register i really want to join the event…….

hi Ben, hindi ko pa nasubukan tumakbo sa La Mesa but biking yes, i can say newbies can handle the course because the bigger portion is fire road.

Hey sly are the results official? There’s also another race results from PMTB according to my friend which shows different race results.

Correction po. The results also came from strider nag update lang as of today. Siguro thats why hindi pa nilalabas dahil me changes parin.

I did’nt notice that Sly but I think youre right. Wala na nga sya. Things seems to be silent not even a congratulatory from pinoyfitness. Buti pa yung sa SCTEX meron.
