If you want a real physical and mental challenge this is it!
It was a near death experience for me due to lack of ventilation, but was still awesome. Konti gulay & breakfast though, pero ayos lang din.

The activity was so challenging and really unique from all other events in town. Hope this shall continue every year thereafter. For me, over all preparation is overwhelming. Thank you.
Organizer please! Would you mind posting the time for each participant in completing the Vertical Run.
parang kagaya nung last year ah, pagkatapos ng event parang walang nangyari, walang result at walang photos.
the results and photos are posted in the facebook page of TREK the TEC Vertical Run ” The Real Vertical Run in the Philippines”. @ batibot the result and photos last year was also posted in the facebook page. Btw did you run? 60% of participants this year are repeaters. So next year we are expecting to give more master trekkers certificate.
@jep the ventilation is much much better this time maybe it is your pacing. Breakfast is better this year with free coffee from starbucks and lots of runners meal pocari is also overflowing. Sad to say the vegetables grown at the roof top of tower did not cooperate with us this time most of them are not yet ready for harvest but everyone was given a loot bag from the secret vegetable garden at the roof top
