Thank you TNF for such a wonderful and great experience…until next year… good job! :)
22k category distance was shorter…disappointing!
very disappointing. The 22km was at 14km.
22K category is only 15 kilometers, other runners with GPS enabled watches, confirmed it
@bunso: how come? this is TNF. this was supposed to be a well organized race? right?
Congrats to all runners, participants and finishers of TNF100 Baguio! the trail was tough, punishing, tiring but very rewarding.
Ultra trail running is certainly not a big joke. It has to be taken seriously.
As per the shortened distances for 22K and 11K, last minute modifications were done to the route due to technical and safety concerns acdg to the insiders.
ate mars. . yung pasalubong po? :)

@angelo
parang nakain ko na ata ung pasalubong ko?
hahaha ^_*
hi mars, thanks for the info, pero mas maiintintihan ko siguro sila if dun sa site nag announce sila na nabawasan ang route, nalaman na lang namin na kulang pala ung route nung tapos na. disappointed ako sa ginawa nila.
WILL pasalamat pala un sumali dito kasi short yong 22km dito sa baguio , unlike ng sa Camsur last year ..almost 32km yata un ..grabe pa sa lupet ng route super hot!!!! but very exciting talaga!!!congrats to all runners na nag register!!!
wow ang daming headlamps hehe. Congrats everyone! Ano po pala reaction nina Iker at Edu? I hope they enjoyed it
ate mars
sayang naman haha :) sige next time po ah :)
@AYVG
we were all bitin sa route. hopefully next year saktong 22K and 11K na po.
@JP
in my brief chika moment with Iker and Edu, they both enjoyed the trail. natiis nila ang init since that’s part of the challenge.
I think Iker had built in roller blades coz he managed to finish the whole 100K route first in only 12:27:19! with minimal cuts on his arms and legs. ung 2nd placer checked in 2hrs later.
Willing si Iker na bumalik and conquer another trail route here.
Hello Ms_Mars! kami po yung naka PF shirt na kumaway sa inyo nung nag stop over yung genesis bus na sisakyan nio at sinasakyan namin, somewhere in Tarlac po ata yun..
@percy
hi po.
that’s nice. was that in Tarlac going Baguio pa lang tayo?
thank you for wearing the PF shirt.
kumusta naman ang TNF experience? Nag-22K din ba kau?
@Ma_Mars
From Baguio going home na po,gusto nga po namin maging myembro ng PF team eh,hehe
Opo nag 22k din kami, it was unforgetable first time po kasi namin mag trail sayang lang po kasi bitin…
disappointing, 22k naging 15k lng, mas napagod pko sa pila sa photo booth kesa dun sa 22k trail, :D
sayang gusto ko sumali wala ako kagroup puwede po ba sumali sa inyo?
55/162 100km runners really explain how tough this race was. Not for average runner.
my time recorded on the race results is off by 19 or so minutes (compared to my watch).
But i really don’t care. Masarap tumakbo sa baguio :)
@Rico
yess! more fun to run in Baguio ^_^
Early announcement dapat, kahit sinabi nila sa briefing at dun sa hard copy ng rules ang regulation na pre-rogative nila ang mag change for the safety and security ng runners kahit side event ang 11k at 22k.lalo na po yung mga competitive runners na nagreserved ng lakas nila kasi alam nila still may 7-8 km na natitira, dun sila hahataw.Kaya dissapointed lalo sila. yung iba nga sa 50 at 100 “mountain climbing,” ha…ha…And I confirmed it dun sa mga personal post ng ibang runners na nakita
Anyways, still a great run. I will join pa rin till next time.
@Ms Mars
I’m glad they liked it. They can spread by word-of-mouth sa int’l running community na talagang running is more fun here in the Philippines!
Maybe we will see them in La Union Ku Ikaika or Rapu-Rapu trail soon. Kita kits doon kung pupunta kayo!
kita kits tayo sa La Union for the La Union International Marathon – ku ikaika(only the strong will endure!)
