ok naman mag organize si eventking, naexperience namin sila nung sa Discovery Vertical 10k,ample hydration at organized, yun nga lang mura ang registration fee nun kasi buy 1 take 1 nde katulad nto mahal

looking back, mahal naman talga tong Nat Geo kaya hindi kami sumasali dito

masyadong mahal ang reg fee dito,

try nyo naman trail run para maiba. kasawa na ang road run. level up for a change. takits sa salomon and tnf

at P1150? baka naman bongga maxado ang run

1,150? 21k. tubong lugaw na yan ah!

Mukhang pera pera na lang tlaga labanan dito ah. Ginagawa na lang taung mga athlete na pgkakakitaan ang mahal ng reg fee tas di naman sulit ang freebies. So disappointed with Natgeo.

bakit ang mahal pangit naman ang tech shirt.. di bale sana kung kasing ganda ng nike we run manila ang shirt OK LANG kahit 1,150

I tried this organizer and this is my third time, Makes me feel at home. Iba na ang may PANGALAN. NEW BALANCE ,VERTICAL RUN and more…NASA SA INYO PO YON. TALAGANG MARAMING CHOICES …SAAN KA HAPPY GO KA LANG GO..SEE IN THE FINISH LINE..

Malayo regs.venue,. Taga kna s price,. Plus patay kpa s pmasahe pgpunta,. Tsk..tsk.. S iba n LNG

iloverunning! pero ayaw ko po sumali dyan. parang may hold-up dyan. hope i’m wrong. pasensya na po!

mali nga naman ako, walang hold-up! wala naman pilitan dyan. pero bakit po mahal?

iba ang kulay ng 3/5, 10 at 21 …
yung dilaw sa pic sa 3K ata …. yung 21 is black/gray…..

…and i kinda dnt like the material of the shirt…

saan pa kayo may reg. area bukod sa on line reg.?

ang mahal ng reg fee nyo grabe naman kyo kapag runrio organizer kailangan mahal!earthrun na lang ako makamasa!sayang yung 1,150 isang kaban na ng bigas hehe!

i can see sa picture, hindi maganda ang quality ng singlet kung ganyan nga ang ibibigay sa mga registrant pero who know’s baka kasi sample lang yan kung ano ang magiging itsura nya.. pero kung ang tela e ganyan din. mag short distance na lang kayo. at sa mga nag babalak mag 21km make sure nyo yan kung may medal o wala.. kung wala short distance na lang kayo.. :)

i went to greenbelt3 kanina, mas ok ung tech shirt sa actual kesa sa picture :)
maybe we’re not just used to the materials na ginamit nila, not the typical dry fit fabric pero para sa kin ok nman.

i just dont like the color combi for 21k (black) & 10k (blue)
& as for the cost… its not sulit kahit pa may medal ang 21k ;p

so i end up getting a 3k w/ d yellow gold tech shirt. mas acceptable ang price for me. anyway, im more of wanting to get a souvenir instead since ill be running d 21k nman a week before this. so it will just be a sort of cooling down run

the 5k tech shirt (grey) is also nice

pero nadidiscourage sila sa gastos…
ang mahal daw kc, ayaw nilang mag fun run ng mahal… not practical daw…

kung mapapamura natin ang mga reg fee sa mga runs,
mas marami tayong frends na magiging interesado sa mga fun run…
and in that way, mas masaya kc u can run na with ur frends db?

and to the organizers,
u can produce lots of first time runners,
na magiging regular runners na din.. ^_^

sana gawing fair enough ung mga reg fee,

went to greenbelt sundaN afternoon,nice registration sited same last year,well mahal ang registration fee and the tech shirt d maganda sorry sa materials ang nipis not sure to register instead sa earth run me nag register affordable pa and cool singlet :-( next year na lang!!!!

Dehins nila kaya i-breakdown yang 1,150 galing din kasi sa mga sponsors ang give aways nila at puro naka wheels ang runner dyan haha…

kaya-kayang ng mga mayayaman yan…earth run nalang aq…mas ok pa…sa lahat nagpapatakbo isipin nyo nmn kung paano rin kami gumastos…napakamahal ng Registration Fees nyo…yan lang po…salamat po!

i think time frame is too short to stage a huge race in a months time. i could be wrong. what i don’t get is why it is imperative for hyundai run to coincide with this event

last year’s event was a fund-raising event for the mind museum. Last year’s with running shirts had very good color combinations for all categories. But for this year’s shirt, the white color combination looks awful to the black and sunshine yellow colors. There’s no advise on this announcement if this is another fundraising event so runners would know if it’s worth our money in joining this year’s natgeo run.

21K = P1,150 pero walang singlet at medal? mukhang kalokohan naman yata ito? esep-esep muna mga kafederasyon

Our company organizes races just like runrio et al and there are different costs associated with every race depending on different factors (ie hydration, timing chips, venue permits, prizes, marshals, singlets etc).

Its up to the runners to decide if the above costs could cover the reg fee before they sign up for the race or not.

anung inclusion ng pag register? singlet lang .. may loot bag ba or medal? or may mga freebies ba kasi kung 1,000 plus ung registration dapat madmai inclution. like Rogin-e 6OO BUT WORTH IT naman dami give aways !

As long as each hydration station has gatorade or powerade, the race route is clearly marked out and separated from traffic by orange traffic cones, marshals are scattered everywhere to assist the runners, police personnel are present to direct traffic, medical teams are available and the organizer is focused on runner safety, registration fees are worth it.

baka kaya mahal kasi ang takbuhan ay sa Middle Earth? Baka makita natin si Frodo Baggins. At yung dri-fitfitan na shirt? I see a divisoria on it. Pass! Sayang, close na ang Earth Run 2012

super mahal nito, napasubo na ko ksi closed na daw ang registration ng isang Earth Run. Panget ng tech shirt.

Lesson learned the hard way. Events King ang organizer nito.

mas maganda pa yung shirt ng 10k nat geo run na gray…. ngayon… di ko na ma take itong mumurahing singlet…. wala pang dating yung design parang ginawa kanina lang… he he he…. mas maganda pa yung singlet ng medicard run…isip kayo… mas maganda pa yung 11k at 22k singlet ng northface…. pareho lang ang presyo… buti pa ata bilihin ko na lang yung sa northface… he he he maganda pa design

I’ve registered online last march 16, sabi 5 to 7 working days daw ang delivery ng race kit, but up to now wala pa din! Keep on emailing the event secretariat, no avail. Parang napasubo ako dito ah…

Sayang close na Earth Run, I will try dito kahit mahal, sana may medal kahit 10K…

@Emmanuel: Wala ba sa bib mismo? Baka kasi katulad nung sa Green and White Run na parang papel lang ‘yung chip pero gumagana naman.

@Emmanuel meron dapat. They are using D-tag, yung ina-attach sa shoe-lace. Its in white color as opposed the usual orange.

singlet is terrible, mainit ang cloth baka di ko masout during sa fun run it’s not worth for the expensive registration, believe me you will be disappointed, but if u want to join just for fun, then go for it.

Hi guys! just wanna ask, anu-ano ang laman ng racekit ng NatGeo? well for a 650php ano yung makukuha mo beside sa Shirt? just curious coz we’re planning to run for this race but having second thoughts if it’s worth it. thanks guys! :)
