What is LSD?
Long slow distance is running at a moderate pace in which you can carry on a conversation and in which you aren’t panting for breath and don’t get side stitches (cramps) or a raw throat. Running LSD means that you’re running aerobically, that is, your body is getting sufficient oxygen. Running LSD means that you’re using moderation in your training and not pushing your body to extreme stress levels. Most of your training should be LSD if you want to run injury free. It’s during your LSD runs that your body develops endurance. – Running Injury Free

Hi guys! Maraming maraming salamat po sa lahat ng nag-reg for my LSD Bday group run. Was only aiming bet 30-50 runners. Surprisingly, overwhelming po ang number of interested runners and pacencia npo if we have to limit the number of participants for everyone’s safety. Thank you also sa mga volunteer Pacers. we will group you guys shortly.
Tulad po ng sabi ni Mr.PF, hindi po ito Fun Run but a very special group ensayo run among existing and new runner friends.
Thanks a lot po for your heartwarming bday messages and wishes. Very inspiring.And rest assured, we look forward na this LSD run is going to be a monthly activity project for the PF community.

hi everyone Ms. Mars is right, we were just aiming at least 50 persons for her LSD birthday run, but since we are almost 200 above and i guess a lot of peeps really love our dearly Mars, just bring something with you guys but this number of people are made her really happy, thanks again for the support pf peeps but i guess we have to limit the number of attendees, the BGC might charge pinoyfitness and think that this is a fun run, we are all going to wear pf shirt as usual hehe. Everyone have to bring something. This is just the 1st LSD run of Pinoy fitness and will follow this monthly once successful.See you all on January 29 5am assembly time..
