Tanay mountain ranges are the last line of defense of Metro-Manila against the strong typhoons, storms, and flooding but it is pitifully balding because of indiscriminate slash and burn practice of upland dwellers who have no other recourse for livelihood but to cut trees for charcoal making and burn mountain for planting of rice.

  1. @Alvin: How can we get the P200 off if we will be driving to Sierra Madre instead of taking the bus? Registered at ARC two weeks ago.

P350 entrance fee for nonrunners right? Do we need to register their names o dun nalang magbayad pagdating sa venue?

    Thank you very much!

  2. Last post ko na siguro to bago ang run.. :)

When will the bus and swimming passes be delivered. The run is already this Sunday, and the passes aren’t delivered yet. Excited lang po! Hehe!

Also, will there be food available after the run? If not for free, at least for sale sana. Thanks a lot, Alvin! :)

  4. Hi Alvin, I thought there’ll be a pickup point in Cubao and Antipolo as per your post last November 24 comment number 13? I saw some runners on the thread that they’re coming from Antipolo or Rizal Area and based on the current pick-up points, none of them are close enough to those who are from Rizal or Eastern Manila area which is the one closest to the event site.
