  11. this run looks really nice, for the benefit of cancer patients. im one of those people who wears livestrong baller id. is the singlet and jersey of this event is a nike brand? coz what i knew lance armstrong is a nike endorser. Can the organizer post an actual picture of the singlet and jersey?? thanks

  26. No, the jersey is not a Nike brand but is made of a high-quality material. Organizer is Ric Berg (look for him in facebook). Time for run/race/ride are different so safety will not be an issue. Medics will be available during the event.   28. i’d like to borrow ms_mars words “thinking cap” (if my thinking cap is correct, critical mass ride is not a race but a joy ride thus, kahit siguro bmx pwde dito while “run and ride” event cannot be compared to duathlon since running and bike ride has specific gun starts. Ang duathlon is bike muna then run. tuloy tuloy po ang clock even during transition.) well i maybe wrong.

  35. hi there, i would like to know the difference between RACE and RIDE. accdg. to the livestrong official site, RACE is a run with 2.5k course and to make it 30k, they will be doing it for 12 rounds. will someone from the organizers answer my question. though i have registered for both run and race, i am still confused. thanks so much.

  38. Hi. For those who are asking if they can have their singlets replaced with jerseys (free ride/road cut), please still come on your advised claiming date. We’ll list the changes and put you on a priority list (once you have given your payment).

    Also, we are extending the claiming period up to Oct. 1, same time, same place @Arts in the City 26th cor 7th streets, BGC from 9 am to 5 pm. There will be a limited number of XS size jerseys/singlets so for those who would want a change of size, it will be on first come-first serve basis.

    Quoted from above from original poster – the BIKE portions are the 30k RACE for road bikes only; and the 20 critical mass ride for any kind of bike.

    Previous answers are correct about critical mass ride – it’s an easy ride for family with kids at 15kph, full marshaled along the route with 100 biker marshals.

    The RACE is also correctly described as doing loops on the route, except that it is NOT a RUN but a Road Bike Race that can go as fast as 50kph. They will chase for 30 minutes the MINI Cooper Pace Car and then will be let off on their own at the last lap for podium placings.

    Thanks for the support for those who have so far registered and to those still planning to register. Pardon the online system as at night it goes thru an update so it will appear down, and works well with IE in most cases.

  41. maganda yung singlet at jersey … gawa ng trifem ata… very nice for my collection…nice prints and drifit… hope a lot of you will join this race…isipin nyo na lang na sumali kayo sa duathlon.. he he he…. pero they told me that it is actually 3 separate races…at 4am, 6am at 8am….it is for cancer research.. t y

  49. The weekday release are jerseys left from the last weekend, so have limited sizes, first come, first serve.

    The weekend release will include fresh deliveries intended for that weekend.

  52. Hi Team Livestrong!

    Any chance we can change our run singlets for smaller sizes? During online registration, we couldn’t tell which shirt size to pick, and I guess ticking ‘Medium’ was a safe bet; turned out, the shirts are bigger than what we expected.

  53. At online registration, there is a size chart beside the the jersey size selector for you reference. Please look at that before selecting your singlet/jersey sizes to avoid the inconvenience of having to return the wrong size. You can always change size if the size you want is stil available. Thanks.

Sir Ric, im on #1600 registered online since nakalagay sa e-mail e oct 01 pa ang claim ng singlet/jersey and submit ng waiver and payment is it ok kung pupunta ako sa claiming area para magbakasakali kung meron na kayong stock baka kasi sa oct 01 e wala na available singlet/jersey at after d event na makukuha…

  58. Those who wish to try and claim jerseys this weekend but scheduled for another date may come only late Sunday afternoon after we have served those scheduled that weekend, and on size availability basis only while supply lasts on a first come first serve basis. Thanks.

    Those we promised to serve on Oct 1 will surely have jerseys as we have fresh deliveries on Sept 30.

    We have the extras from last weekend available now in Ortigas Center. Medium Road cut & Singlet are out of stock at this site.

Sir Ric, in my email it says, “Submission of the waiver and payment, and the claiming of the Jersey/singlet will be on the 1st of October between 9am and 5pm at ARTS AT BGC”, but on the site (https://livestrongdayph.com/) it says, “Submission of waiver forms and payment of jerseys ordered shall be: weekend of Sept 24-25, Sept 30 and Oct 1 for registration numbers 501 up”, does it mean my singlet are available only on Oct 1 or can i come on Sep 24-25 to submit my waiver and get the singlet?   68. Yesterday, got my jersey..no more small and medium size singlet..that’s why i paid 900 for a free ride jersey…additional 200 php..i joined for run event only..the jersey is nice..!

  69. Super like yung Jerseys….galing and the sizing was accurate tama yung fit based in the sizing chart.

    I exchanged my singlet to a free ride para pang mall…hahaha ganda talaga.

  81. online registration is open till sept 30 but more singlets will be available after the event. We will schedule pick-ups on Oct 15-16 and maybe the next weekend too. Pahinga lang kami saglit on Oct 7-8.

  86. sir ric, nagpunta ako sa Arts kanina, walang tao dun, advise nung guard on duty balik na lang sa friday for payment. Is it better na pumunta tlg ng friday or saturday (oct 1) na lng.tnx

    we need to give the 10k runners time to finish by 6am, for the road bike race will start after then.

    by 8am, the road bike race should be finishing, and the critical mass bike ride will start off.

    you are welcome to stay for the Air Asia tickets to be raffled off when the bike ride returns.

    we will have cancer-related talks while other events are ongoing – on experiences, treatment, current technology, early detection, for the benefit of all attendees, to be conducted by doctors from Makati Medical Center.

  94. Hello. I just registered online, and your confirmation email does not show payment method. Does that mean, I have to go to BGC to pay? Is there a way that you can email me bank information and I’ll just pay through bank? or LBC payments perhaps?
