kakayanin kaya ng normal na tao na tumakbo ng 10k sa nike run sa Oct 15..then matulog at tumakbo uli ng 10k dito sa columbia sa Oct 16?
naranasan ko na tumakbo ng 10k night run sa camp run then 10k sa unilab. also had an experience of running 10k saturday and 16k sunday. kaya mo naman cguro yan =D
@jm – possible! pero dapat pumili ka kung anong race ang ratratan mode at anong race yung pasyal mode… ang advice ko pwede mo ratratin yung nike since road race naman yun, tapos yung columbia pasyal mode na since trail run yun. pero kung gusto mo makasiguro na hindi ka mainjured pasyal mode no na lang pareho hehe. (admin disregard my first comment dami typo)
jm, kaya yan! ako nga 10K this Oct. 1 then 20K sa Oct. 2 hehehe

baka may pupunta sa event na to na may sasakyan? pa hitch na lang..bayad na lang kami/ako..or kung gusto nyo rent na lang tayo ng van,maski papunta lang..para di tayo malate or magahol sa byahe..

How to get to nuvali? commute?
My first 10km trail run. Very enjoyable – with every difficulty as challenging.
Was with Nike’s boring 10km road run the other evening, I must say I enjoyed this one 10km more!
