How sad, no medal for 21k runners. I check milo’s site, the only medal displayed is for 42k. Certificate lang ang ibibigay & loot bag.

meron naman medal for 21K finishers. provided they finished within the cut-off time.. see under rules and regulations no.25.

4 months na ako sa running. Two 21k na natakbo ko at 3 na 21k tatakbuhin ko netong july, yamaha, rexona at milo. sana kayanin heheh. sarap sana nung milo kasi may cut off time. pero pag walang medal baka mag pass na lang ako.
@rachell&ginsama: yeah you’re right, i read the guidelines in the reg. form, there will be medals for 21k finisher w/in the cut-off time.

Registered as 21K runner. To my PF buddies, you know na kung sino kayo. Sensya na if hindi ako maka run sa 42K kasi taktakbo rin yung wife at eldest son ko ng 3k at 5k kaya can’t make them to wait for me ng 4-5 hours. Bawi na lang ako sa future marathon. More horsepower!!!

@Suplado and I went to MOA today to claim our MIM race kits and visited Toby’s to see the Milo, Yamaha and Rexona singlets up-close.
depends on his MIM 42K results, acdg to @Suplado he may do another 42K or just a 21K for Milo Elims…ang taray!

@Suplado – most likely wala ako sa MIM. Pagaling pa lang yung ankle injury ko at ayaw ko muna sya biglain. So far, dito sa Milo pa lang ako naka registered at wala pa in between. Depende na lang sa ankle condition ko. I’ll keep you posted! And goodluck sa first full mary mo! Try mo nga kunin ng sub 2 hours ang 1st lap (21K) just to satisfy my mind na doable ito, thanks! I promised not to join any Milo run because “Baka mamatay pa ako” Anyway, I registered and will run 21k as tribute to fellow runner REMUS FUENTES who died running 21k last 34th Milo, I will carry your name REMUS in my Bibb and finish your run then rest in peace fellow runner.
I would like to share with my Facebook friend runners as well that registration has already started last June 6 and that my daughter & I have already registered for the 10k race. Thanks so much.
i cannot run anymore,the way i run before because of my shint splints injury.is there anyone here who can help me to cure this shin splints.i really want to run my first 21k.please help me.

@joey, you simply need rest so you shins can heal. stop running for a week. and see if that helps
@joey y d mo cnabi skin yan last night, usually check yan ng rehab doctor then they will have it treated by a physical therapist, PT ako, put some ice, stretch ka, massage, rest ka, light exercise, at palagyan mo sya ng kinesiotape…
Manalangin din po ako sa Milo Marathon sa Laoag nawa makahanap ng Pinoy Runner na ang time ay wala isang oras sa 21k sya po ang magbigay karangalan sa ating Bansa maraming salamat po sa inyo GodBless us!!!

walang kwenta mga contact no.ng organizers sa manila elim.. di macontact lahat.. both landline and phone.. nagriring pero di sinasagot.. how absurd!
was also surprised that the 5km category closed quite early. chances of opening up a few more slots is quite slim. the organizers still have to take care of the logistics and security of all the runners

katatapos ko lang magparegister kabado na excited ako tagal din walang praktis at ngaun lang ako babalik uli para magtraining ulit…2 weeks na lang natitira sa akin para makapagtraining at sana umayon na sana ang panahon…
