Filipino runners’ bayanihan spirit is alive! To help in the on-going relief operations to the victims of the Japan earthquake and tsunami, Greentennial Events has come up with a fund raising run entitled RUN FOR JAPAN. All runners are welcome to join in the race, happening April 17, 2011 at Bonifacio Global City.

I was there at ROX last Sunday and waited for the registration as well. The registration started around 10-15 minutes after the store opened. I believe you can still register online thru Runner’s Runner website.
I already registered online., paid using mu paypal., can any of the organizers may tell us if we can get singlet,? I registered last March 15
Since Monday hindi na sila tumatanggap ng on-site registration kaya marami ang nainis dahil sinadya pa nila pumunta sa ROX. Sad to say hindi masyadong organized.

registered last sunday afternoon at ROX,bumalik kami monday to claim the singlet,mahaba ang pila and marami nagpapalit rin ng sizes..at the same time they stopped the registration..
i was on the ROX last sunday.. there were 4 persons accommodating the registration, they can’t properly accommodate the person..
@pinoyfitness: can you kindly help me to verify with ROX if they are acepting on-site registration, bec. when my workm8s went there yesterday, the people at ROX said the registration is done online and the payment is thru the bank and the copy should be email etc. etc. too taxing. I recruited a lot of my workm8s to run, if we do it online, they might lose interest to register.
@cecille: last update was the registration is temporarily on hold till new singlets and kits arrive, naubos kasi on the first day. But I think RunnersRunner kasi is continuing to receive online registration for the event. I’ll send an update once the onsite at ROX re-opens.

I just registered online a while ago. can i still deposit my payment tomorrow without registering again? di po ba yun maforfeit?alam ko kasi, when paying trhu bank deposit, you have to do it before 12 midnight on the day you shop online.pls help! thanks

I registered March 29 and called ROX to ask when can we get the race kits. my 10 yr old daughter will run with me. ROX called me in the office and confirmed that I can get our race kits on april 10 at ROX bonifacio high street. pinoyfitness, how true? and is it confirmed??? we might go there on april 10 tapos wala din pala.

walang timing chip, it’s better kung diretso na kayo sa ROX kasi kuha niyo na kaagad ung singlet niyo habang meron pa
I got our singlets na just now :) may naka reserve na palang singlets pag online register good thing pwede magpapalit ng sizes :) madali lang kasi walang kapila pila and they’re very accomodating. i only got singlets at bib, not sure kung may freebies or loot bags from sponsors sa event
if any of you will run with kids i suggest you get size xxs kasi medyo malaki yung sizes nila…happy running :)

hi i have a concern to ask…nag registered ako & my husband march 30, 2011 online then nagbayad ako sa BDO on march 30,2011 but the problem is late ko n na e-mail sa paymentrunnersrunner.com yung proof of payment ko, yesterday night ko lng na send s kanila and according s policy nila na after 3 days na hindi nila ma recieve yung email of payment from the date na nagregistred considered n cancel ang order ko or registration. My concern is anu ang asurance ko na hindi na cancel ang registration ko at hindi masasayang yung PHP 700 n binayad ko, may race kit & singlet ba akong makukuha by april 10? pls..advise
imagine kung magkano chinacharge ng RUNRIO for the same venue… tsk tsk tsk… sana wala na magpauto coz this run proves na kaya naman, with a lot of profit pa rin of course, na magpa takbo sa The Fort.

I registered online on April 2nd after my race from Hyundai fun run. I deposited my payment at BDO, sent my proof of payment via email and got a confirmation that runner’s runner received my payment on the same day. My only cocern now is when will they ship my race kit and when can i get it. ‘Hope I won’t encounter any trouble claiming my kit.

At last, I was able to register last Saturday with 3 of my friends, 15 mins before closing of ROX. I hope more running enthusiasts will still register to help in a little way the people of Japan. . . Thanks for organizing this run . . .
