may finisher’s medal ba ang 21K sa QCIM?

I know what is shown above are the designs for the respective categories, but do 5K runners have singlets, too? Just want to clarify to whom it may concern.

Q. is it going to be the same route as last year?

@rotech – yes, 5km runners will have their own singlets also, with the race distance at the back
@renzy – 21k and 42k finishers will get medals
@race route – there will be some changes in the route, we will post the route map here on pinoyfitness soon or visit our Facebook page facebook.com/qcim2 for updates

where is the design 5k singlet??

ok ung singlets. me distance. at least it'll be easier for the marshalls to guide the runners. and for the runners (seeing fellow runners) to know that they are in the correct route

in all fairness to the organizers of this run organized sila so far… and ang bait ng staff ng chris sports grand central… called them last monday to ask kung may registration sa branch nila and they told me na wala pa daw announcement then they just ask my number and told me that they would just call and inform me… as usual hindi na ko umasa but with my surprise they called me this morning and inform me that i can register with their branch!! good job !!!! sana sa kanila na lng din pwede iclaim ang singlet (◕‿◕ ✿)

race organizer should prioritize the hydration stations, to replenish if its running out of water especially when sun is already up and hot.Because in the last year’s event there were water stations that was only good in the first hour of the race. 42k runners are still running up to 5 hours or more. Hydration should also be available as the runners step on the finish line until the last 42k runner. These are very simple things that race organizers do not know in some races.

wala bang measurements yung mga sizes ng singlets? ng hirap kasi minsan malaki minsan maliit.

ok ang singlet. pero sana hindi lang sa UP pwede i-claim ang race packet. marami sa mga runners ang isinisingit lang sa schedule ang pag-register at claim.ang iba pa nga ay ginagamit lang ang lunch break para makalabas. kung Nov 27 and 28 lang pwede kunin sa UP at 20,000 ang pupunta, ewan ko kung anong scenario ang mangyayari. pwede naman kasi magdagdag sila ng venue para sa pagclaim ng race kit. isa sa manila, isa sa makati, sa rizal, sa CAMANAVA,etc.

i agree with reydor, o kaya sana pwede pa deliver via LBC or something dagdag na lang ng delivery charge.

eto ang sagot sa akin sa FB kung bakit sa UP lang pwede i-claim: Hi Rey. The reason why claiming is on the 27th and 28th is because it will coincide with the expo for QCIM. Sponsors will get the chance to exhibit their products while runners will get a taste of freebies and loot bags. available ba kaagad yung singlet? i’m planning to register sa R.O.X. this week.

sana pwede din na kunin doon sa R.O.X. yung singlet… medyo malayo kasi kung sa UP pa kukunin…

may availabe paba na slots para sa 5k, 10K, and 21Km. because I and my company are planning to register this week… Hope mayroon pa and the price is still affordable.

Will nike co-sponsor the event again? Hope so. It carries the name of QC in it, hope it gets a lot of support from other companies like the big city marathons in the US.

Gotta admit, the blings look wicked. They make the adidas medals look like uhh, candies.

@ButHonestly….. i checked the medals and the first thing i uttered was OMIGOSH!!!!! Really really wicked. So glad that i decided to have my first half-marathon in this event. I’ll finish the race by hook or by crook.

The Nike shirt from last year is sexier than Paris Hilton’s nipples slips. I hope Nike would be generous enough to give some again this year. *crosses fingers, starts a hail mary*

@Rotech Oh, the Human Race Nike shirt really is sexy. It’s like It’s like Jessica Biel on red heels. Kind of. But it doesnt necessarily mean it’s sexually arousing though.

@pinoyfitness: please intervene. it is ok to have conflicting comments as long as these concern running. but comments such as “…..”, which unfortunately is directed toward a particular person, should be regulated. i am not a chaste person, but things like these should be in the proper forum. there are numerous blogs where extreme words are used, but i hope not in this site.

@raydor, I agree, I wasn’t able to capture this since the system already did an auto post of the comments. @ButHonestly and @Rotech, please observe proper etiquette or I will have to hold all future comments.

@Ely Ortigas. You got me wrong here, pre. I said “Looks like the singlets are sexually arousing for a few of us”. Kasi si ButHonestly at MrBrightside iba na ang tema ng post. Yung line na “for a few of us” doesn’t mean na kasama ako sa opinion na gunun. Sa Tagalog ganito, ang translation, “Parang nakakaantig ang mga singlets para sa iilan sa atin.” Know what? Why should I post that comment if nobody preceded with obscene language.
Yung post ko kay Cecille, may word na “befriend”, because the intent is to befriend her. Kung ayaw niya, it’s up to her. @Pinoyfitness, try to review the earlier post, before you mention my name.

i saw the actual DESIGN of SINGLET just today., nakakadiaapoint un kulay nya., ang layo ng kulay nya s sides un GREEN, actual singlet n nakita ko its COLOR NEON GREEN, ang layo nya s actual color.,

un n b tlga ang color nun? sana pwede pang palitan., ndi bagay kc a kulay ng singlet.,

I was a bit dismayed finding out that the race kit does not contain the race route. Also I had a hard time looking for the place where in they distribute the race kits. This is supposed to be an “international” marathon right so what I expected was an “international” standard venue and detailed procedures. Nevertheless, lessons learned out there.

Hindi naman maganda yung singlet. parang sando lang ng may design. Pwede naman sigurong wag suotin yung singlet db.
