Registration fee applies to the following race categories: Php 500.00 for 3K and 5K; Php 600 for 10K.
Interested participants may acquire this form through our alumni office at 1274 Padre Algue St., Tondo, Manila or call our office at 253-0808 or 253-0909 during office hours from 9:00AM to 5:00PM from Mondays to Friday and 9:00AM to 11:00AM on Saturdays.
